A nice base for exploring Brasov
Pros:

The hotel is located on the city market square, and despite its central location, the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good and varied. I arrived at 9 a.m. and was able to leave my suitcase in the luggage room before check-in. I recommend it.

Cons:

In my room, 211, a spring in the mattress was jabbing me in the back. I reported this to the staff.

Personalul: 1. Domnul de la recepție ar fi putut fi mai explicit și mai binevoitor în ajutorul dat pentru găsirea parcării; 2. am uitat în frigider o mică sacoșă, ar fi putut să mă sune să-mi spună, m-aș fi întors după ea, întrucât am plecat din Bv de-abia dupa-amiază, presupun că făcuseră curat în cameră până atunci.

Fabulous central location, comfortable, clean & friendly/helpful staff.

Perfect central location.
Lovely large superior room with a view.
Very comfy bed.
Staff friendly & helpful.
Lots of choice for breakfast.
10% off in the hotel restaurant was a bonus.

Cons:

Shower head but nothing to hang it on so had to hold it to use.
As we were at the front of the hotel the road noise was a bit of an annoyance but we had earplugs so still managed to sleep well.

Расположение просто супер! Такой же завтрак 10 из 10-ти ! Вежливый персонал, очень чисто и уютно
Отель в стиле средневекового замка

Cons:

Фен был слабоват и очень не люблю искусственные цветы, у нас в Джуниор свите они были везде, но как дополнение к интерьеру отеля они выглядели красиво
Еще в отеле нет лифта, совсем не обратила внимание при бронирование, но персонал помог с багажом, поэтому это нам совсем не мешало

Go there and see. It is worth of it.
Pros:

I visited this hotel many times. Improvement in breakfast services and offers. Pleasant and helpful staff. Hotel is located in a nice starting point when visiting Basov, nearby is nice craft brewery and late evening opened everything shop. I recommend if you do not expect any strange luxury accommodation. It is very OK.
