Fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora
Pros:

Brilliant, ideal for Cusco
Pros:

Our stay at La Pachia, affiliated with Meliá Hotels International, was excellent and played a big part in making our time in Cusco so enjoyable.

The hotel is very well located — close enough to the centre to easily access all the main sights, restaurants and activity in Cusco, while still feeling comfortable and relaxed as a base after busy days exploring.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed, giving us plenty of room to settle in properly during our stay. Small touches made a real difference too, including the welcome cake waiting in the room on arrival, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture.

A special mention must go to Gabriella on reception, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. She was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, and really embodied the hospitality of the hotel.

We were fortunate to be staying during Inti Raymi, the Festival of the Sun, one of Cusco’s most important cultural celebrations. What made this especially memorable was that Gabriella herself was involved as one of the dancers. She and her fellow performers put on a traditional dance performance in the hotel for guests, which was absolutely fantastic and gave us a wonderful cultural experience beyond the usual tourist activities.

The hotel was also incredibly accommodating when our daughter joined us at the last minute. Fitting in an additional guest with minimal notice could easily have been difficult, but the team handled it with kindness and flexibility, for which we were very grateful.

The food was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and set us up well for busy days, while the restaurant menu was consistently very good.

Another particularly thoughtful touch was the complimentary coca and muña tea, available to help guests acclimatise to Cusco’s altitude. This was both practical and much appreciated, especially in the first couple of days.

Cons:

Nothing

Buen hotel, si no te toca esa área frente a ese patio.
Pros:
