not bad for 1 night before the departure because very close to the airport .
Pros:

Breakfast options were varied , so I could choose what I wanted. The room was comfortable and quite for sleeping, even though the hotel is located in Cusco City Center area. There are welcome gift snacks in the room, so cute . The hotel staff was not fluent in English but was very kind . The Location was good for the tourist .

Cons:

The hotel also has a Spa , so I booked the massage before I went the airport. The massage itself was Okey but the problems was the cleanliness of the Massage room. During the massage , I was bitten by bugs or mosquitoes whatever, with more than 4 bites on calf & thigh area . I felt ichy and later I found the bites in the restroom at the airport . That's the reason I can NOT give smile mark cleanness. The check out time is 10 am sharp .

Great location for a quick getaway
Pros:

The room size was great! The staff was very helpful. The cappuccino at the breakfast was amazing, i went for a second cup. Wifi worked awesome. The location was great and the beds were really comfy.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t too tasty and i really wanted a massage but it was much more expensive than many places in Cusco. Other than that everything was great

Cons:

Restaurante creo deben tener bebidas calientes y no heladas y si en todo caso , caso pedimos calientes no se incomode ya que cusco es una ciudad , que necesita tomar bebidas calientes, y por otro lado más silla de ruedas necesitaba mi madre estaba delicada de rodilla , en varias ocasiones no hubo

Cómodo pero frío
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes.
Desayuno muy variado.

Cons:

Fuimos en agosto y la habitación no tenía calefacción (solo un radiador eléctrico que no era suficiente para las noches de Cusco).
En el lobby y en el desayuno hacia bastante frío, quizá porque tenían problemas con la puerta de la calle.

Pros:

The location was good even though you needed 20 minutes to walk to the centre but we didn't mind. It was in walking distance to inka express that leaves very early for Puno so it was convenient for us. The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hot water early in the morning. In the afternoon it was ok.
