Treat yourself to a stay
Pros:

Wow, what a view! Our room looked out on the Grey Glacier. The room was of a large size and the bed was very comfortable. The maid service was impeccable—it smelled so fresh everyday despite our stinky hiking gear. The staff were very nice and patiently answered all of our questions. The meals in the restaurant were not over priced, and the food was very good.

Cons:

WiFi only in the lobby, despite a TV in the room. (I get that we were remote and there for the vistas, but still…) The breakfast could have been better—for example, there was only lactose free yogurt offered everyday and the scrambled eggs were too runny for my liking. We figured out that you could ask for an omelette, but that was not freely advertised. Still, I would absolutely come back for another stay.

Pros:

A vista do quarto para o Lago Grey é indescritível. O restaurante também tem essa vista maravilhosa. Estar nesse hotel é estar no meio da natureza com conforto. Maravilhoso.

Fantastic! Thank you to the staff!
Pros:

They upgraded us because it was our honeymoon! Our room was stunning with a great view of the lake and mountain range! Thank you so much! They also gave us some chocolates and alcohol! It was also really warm! I was worried we would be cold but the heater is perfect!

Een prachtig hôtel
Pros:

1/ Het uitzicht door de grote ramen, op het meer en de gletscher
2/ De goede bedden met schone witte lakens in een goed verwarmde kamer.
3/ Top-ontbijten.
4/ De mogelijkheid tours te boeken

Cons:

Omdat we geen eigen vervoer hadden, was het voor ons fijn geweest als er mogelijkheid was geweest om vervoer te krijgen van de ene plek naar de andere, zonder met een tour te hoeven gaan.

Pros:

Se tiver na dúvida, não tenha, só vá, vai uma das melhores decisões que tomamos aqui em Natales, dormir e acordar no parque em um hotel com a qualidade ímpar do Hotel Lago Grey só vai tornar sua viagem mais inesquecível. O café da manhã é excelente, os quartos que parecem ter saído de uma pintura de tão lindos, enfim, só elogios!

El lugar fue excepcional meseros como Aron Marcello hicieron que valiera mucho la pena, buena atención del personal en general, el servicio de excursiones.

Cons:

Hubo meseros que no fueron tan atentos, las opciones de desayuno despues de varios dias se hacen un poco retitivos aunque se entiende dada la distancia.

l'albergo è in una posizione incredibile con personale molto gentile e un buon ristorante.

Cons:

Considerata la posizione e che la totalità di persone che vanno li lo fanno per visitare il parco dovrebbe esserci più attenzione alle necessità dei clienti per i trekking e le uscite. Avere una macchinetta o un bar attrezzato con piccoli snack e bottiglie d'acqua per fare escursioni sarebbe l'ideale.
