Tried to be quiet as a mouse...squeak. lol

Location, friendly staff, late night bar, eaterie, coffee/tea and muffin breakfast, rustic wooden features and clean property.

Cons:

The wood floors tend to squeak in places, which can be noisy at times.

The property is within the city centre & close to stores and everything you’ll likely need.I chose it because it was a walking distance to City Sightseeing offices as well .

Cons:

No TV or at least a mini bar fridge in the room .Either of these would have been better

Le personnel est très sympathique. La personne a l’accueil a été de bons conseils et très arrangeant pour nos valises. La chambre était propre super bien placé en plein ventre de Cape Town. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment super, nous sommes des étudiants en voyage alors c’était parfait.

Our stay was enjoyable, the friendly staff is a great asset to the business
Pros:

The Protea room was small but I expected that, the proteas painted on the walls were beautiful.

Cons:

I did make a couple of suggestions to the Manager, but discussed it in private as I come from the same industry (18 years).

I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The place has plenty of cocroaches. There's no TV. There's no fridge

Cons:

The establishment have cocroaches all over. No TV. No bar fridge. The bed was very noisy for every turn. So much noise on Saturday afternoon.
