The location was near train and bus station, including Heathrow bus. Spacious room. We found this room as the most reasonably priced room when Heathrow had the major air traffic issue. The staff was very efficient to check us in within 5 minutes. That was probably the best thing that happened after a long, stressful day.

The room was clean and the shower was hot and consistent.
I guess it was fine for what it was, but given my time again I'd have paid £20 more and had a proper hotel, it wasn't like it was sensationally cheap. The walls were very thin and I didn't particularly enjoy hearing from some of my neighbours. The hotel was basic and stripped back as you'd expect, no issue with that, but the problem with cheap hotels is usually more about those you're sharing the place with than the room or staff of the hotel. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't stay here if I was a lone female.

It was my first time to stay in a room without a table, chair, kettle, hairdryer....
Easy to book
Nice room but thw people in the other room were very noisy and had trouble getting to sleep. Air con came on every 10 minutes which made the room quite chilly

The broken shower tray, not particularly clean, bedding felt damp. The junkies that obviously have long term stays booked via social housing or similar. The drunks loitering outside. The loud arguments outside the room window. The noise, the location. Cars idling directly outside bedroom window. Pretty much everything was aweful other than the staff who were great. I'm actually going to be making a complaint for a refund, it's an awful place and I will never use them again.
not much was a bit bland and boring
room size
Great convenient location for Reading festival providing a warm, dry base with hot shower. Booked room with window and AC, later was not needed in end. Room was front road facing and noisy the first night till we realised the small side window can also be opened. Room was basic, clean, not spotless, cracked sink, one shower door was wobbly and loose, but all in all functional.
Friendly welcome, quick check in as pre paid already. Hair dryer and additional towels provided at reception. About 10 min from town centre (Oracle, Reading train station). 10 min from main entrance and even less on way home as exit located other side.
Overpriced due to festival season, could not book on website and not user friendly hence now leaving preview on booking.com.
