Pros:

Very polite and helpful staff. Will definitely return for another stay. Very accommodating to our needs. Very spacious room with a big bed.

Snelle reactie van staf bij problemen. Goed zwembad.

Cons:

AC in 1e kamer was erg luidruchtig. Mechanic arriveerde snel maar kon niet direct het repareren. Kreeg onmiddelijk een andere kamer aangeboden.

Overall ok.
Pros:

Cafe food was excellent. Price is reasonable as the food portion are lot. Room very neat and clean. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

All ok. Juts kuah town are looks dead now. 20years ago it was leading.

It was great to be back to Langkawi after such a long time.
Pros:

The initial room was a superior room but I asked for an upgrade to a family suite which was adhered right away the next day. No hassle at all. Breakfast had a wide variety of food selections which was amazing. The location was good as it is in the heart of the town itself. We rented a car and drove around for our convinience. Staff are very nice and hospitable.

Cons:

Nothing much to say as I Iiked the hotel . It had everything I wanted. For me , it was good choice.
