Pros:

We shared we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel staff upgraded our room to sea view.
When making the room booking we request pillows. Most hotels overlook our request but not Bayview. They when all our to make our stay so pleasant.

Front office Staff Nad was kind and helpful.

I had a fall at Dayang Bunting and came back to the hotel with bloody leg. Nad and the bell man got me a first aid kit,they checked on me everyday.
They go the extra miles for me and I am so grateful.

Pros:

The service was nice.

Cons:

The room was smelly and very isolated. The smell of humidity was all around the building and it was also very present in the room. Lucky we stayed for one night!
