Fab hotel
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights. Fab location the 176 bus stops outside and takes you to Piccadilly and Oxford Circus. The tube station is 5 min walk and 10-15 mins from Waterloo train station. The room was lovely and bed very comfy. Breakfast is amazing and has everything you could wish for. Staff are really friendly and polite. Will return.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location for us as we were meeting friends nearby. Well served by bus routes. I loved the view over London from our bedroom.

Great hotel for a short break.
Pros:

Just returned from this hotel after a short stay to attend Ascot Racecourse. Room was immaculately clean, with everything you could need. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were all friendly and Valentina was helpful organising a cab to take us back to King's Cross station when we checked out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if staying on the South Bank.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage , Bus und U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Hatten ein classic Zimmer im sechsten Stock ,es war neu renoviert mit begehbarer Dusche. Super ist auch die Sky Bar mit tollem Ausblick über London.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit guter Auswahl.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal!

Fabulous hotel, would definitely stay again - but will collect my own drink from the bar !

Staff were all excellent, so polite and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and amenities were great.

Cons:

I thought drinks were a little pricey and thought the 12.5% service charge on the roof terrace was steep.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in London.
Wir waren zu fünft und hatten drei classic Zimmer im sechsten Stock.
Alle Zimmer waren renoviert. Es waren sehr schöne Zimmer mit tollem Bad und begehbarer Dusche.
Die Sky Bar des Hotels ist super mit toller Aussicht über London.
Das Frühstück samt Personal einfach toll. Auch das sonstige Personal vom Empfang bis zum Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Very relaxing stay, just a shame about the street noise
Pros:

In the center of London. Only a short walk to the underground, a bit further and you reach the London Eye
