The fact that it’s close to the city center, quiet room in the middle of bustling road.
To my taste preference, the breakfast is just so so but every one taste is different. The variety is good though. I gotta say i love “jamu”
Stayed 5D4N on the 3rd breakfast, we had asked to pay 1 portion of breakfast (we’re 3 adults and 1 kids in a suite room with extra bed) but not the previous 2 days. I should’ve asked refund for the last day since only 2 of us getting breakfast but I didn’t.
Nice, friendly, helpful staffs, good location and walking distance to the station and Malioboro street, delicious and large selection of breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom with small balcony.

Breakfast was massive variety, convinirntky located. Staffs are very nice.

The hotel is closed to the amenities and close to the main city attractions such as Malioboro, restaurants and train station. It is only 1.5 km away from the train station so it's really close if you're catching up a train from Jakarta (Indonesia's capital). Also the staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly, the service is really good, polite and very kind.
It looks like the hotel room facilities have not been updated for a while and some of them were not functioning properly. Probably due to facility being old.

Mooi hotel en lief personeel.
Airco in de kamer is oud en werd tweemaal nagekeken. Werkt niet goed en maakt een hoop lawaai. Een koffie aparaat voor 2 kopjes koffie in de ontbijtruimte kan niet voor zo'n groot hotel.
Personeel, ambience, heel goed ontbijt
1. WIFI is slecht, moet steeds opnieuw ingelogd worden, heel vervelend
2. Koffie bij ontbijt kan beter
De service van het personeel was fenomenaal. Specifiek Egy, de portier, sprong er echt uit! Maar iedereen van het personeel is erg oplettend en warm. Ze willen je overal bij helpen, denken vooruit voor je en tonen oprechte interesse in je dag en de dingen die je hebt gedaan of gaat doen.
Het hotel ligt dichtbij de Malioboro, waardoor je midden in de stad zit. De kamers en het zwembad zitten richting de achterkant van het hotel, naar de binnenplaats gericht zodat je geen last hebt van verkeersgeluiden.
De staat van de kamer is iets verouderd (meubels, vloeren, kitranden), sommige plekken in de kamer leken wat smoezelig hierdoor. Het is niet vies kan wel zo lijken door de verouderde staat.
