There was nothing in the room, even no water and the hotel the room they was from 1980 the towel was very bad and very old reception team there was not helpful

Have been in better!
Pros:

Hotel was average, rooms large but nothing special. I would describe it as pretty average for a 4* hotel. The major let down and biggest surprise was the restaurant, it offered a very basic menu and a lot of frozen food! I asked for a 'green' salad one evening and was given a large bowl full of chopped iceberg lettuce and nothing else!!
