Pros:

Spatious,comfortable and well equipped room, nice rooftop pool, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent coffee.

Cons:

The wifi was completely useless, I had to use my mobile internet connection. Some vegetables for the breakfast would have been great (there were no vegetables at all).

את המיקום, אם כי המלון לא בעיר וצריך רכב או מונית.

Cons:

המלון מאוד ישן, הכל זקוק לרענון, לא אהבתי את השטיחים, היה בחדר ריח לא נעים, השירותים, המקלחת והכיור נזקקו לתיקון אבל אף אחד לא הגיע לתקן.
איש הצוות בקבלה היה מאוד לא נחמד ולא שירותי, אחרי 24 שעות היה איש חדש והוא היה נחמד.
אני צריכה ארוחת בוקר ללא גלוטן וללא חלב ולה היה לי מה לאכול בבוקר, כלום.
עשו לי חביתה וזהו.
היחס היה מזלזל.
לא נעים.
ובסוף הם לא הסכימו לזכות, מפני שהזמנו דרך בוקינג.
חוויה מאכזבת מאוד במלון מרשת הילטון.

Quando il team fa la differenza
Pros:

a volte il personale e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff fanno la differenza rispetto ad un soggiorno anonimo in un hotel magari con maggiori stelle.
Una menzione speciale meritano alcune delle persone che ho conosciuto e di cui mi ricordo il nome,
Valentina, Carlo Alberto, Giacomo del bar/ristorante senza nulla togliere a tutti le altre persone che ho conosciuto durante il mio soggiorno

Cons:

Nulla in particolare magari, a voler trovare un "difetto" ma che non ha senso oggettivo, la location è distante dal centro ma ovviamente se non fosse dove sta non potrebbe avere un immenso parcheggio a disposizione e lo spazio per costruire un palazzo di quelle dimensioni.
Non è una critica ma pare che si debba per forza scrivere qualcosa di negativo

Very clean and good sized rooms

Cons:

Lot of confusion with staff re billing and a bit of attitude. Best staff member was Tullio. Couldn't do enough fr us and always so professional and friendly

Amazing Staff!!
Pros:

The property is located in walking distance to the old town it’s a 20-25 mins walk. So still convenient if you want to have quiet sleeps. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and overall the hotel clean, had a pool and a small gym. Honestly though I can’t praise the staff enough!
