Pros:

Location was great for our needs.Staff were helpful and changed our room to first floor rather than 4th as no lift.

Cons:

Hotel although clean looked tired and in need of some updating.
Although coffee/tea available in reception, facilities would have been better in each room.

Tiniest bathroom. No drink facilities in room.
Alarm intermittently going off through nite so only 1.5 hrs sleep!! -And lots movement /noise n night. Bed uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable. Cleaner knocking on door at 9:30am asking when will I be vacating despite 11am checkout limit and "Do not Dusturb" sign on door!! Sash window doesn't stay open, bathroom door has to be wedged by chair to stay open to vent. No hand towels. No toilet roll holder. No staff around when required so couldn't leave luggage to be held until train time upon checkout. No bedside lamp, wall light switch to high to switch on/off from bed. Very basic

Good location but not the best hotel!
Pros:

Location was excellent, 2 mins walk from Marylebone station
Bedroom was a good size

Cons:

Bathroom was very small
Reception area was very cluttered and dusty
No tea and coffee in the rooms, there was a coffee pod machine in the reception but it was dirty
Room wasn't ready on arrival even though it was after check in time
Room wasn't particularly clean and there was dust everywhere
Overall the hotel was very run down

L'emplacement pour aller a Wembley via les transports. Chambre rénovée dans un ancien immeuble mais propre et avec l'équipement nécessaire pour passer une nuit.

Exceptional value for the location
Pros:

The hotel is in a brilliant location, on Dorset Square (very smart) just a couple of minutes' walk from Baker Street tube. As such, I think value for money is exceptional. Staff were top-notch and gave me an upgraded room. The room was grand, on the first floor, with a high ceiling and chandelier, but it still had a lovely warm atmosphere. The bed was firm and comfortable, the shower small but spotless, and I was very happy there.

Cons:

The decor is slightly tired. For example the building has worn stairs and there is a bit of general T&C needed - although for the price and location, this is a small point - and the photos make reception look smarter than in reality.

Tuve un percance con el vuelo y me supieron solucionar el problema del hospedaje a nuestras necesidades. En cuanto a la habitación estaba muy bien, con el baño un poco pequeño, pero bien. Ubicación perfecta y desayuno no opinamos porque lo hacíamos fuera

Que no hubiera aire acondicionado. Había un ventilador pero no era suficiente para el calor que hacía durante el día. Por la noche se estaba bien. Y en 3 días que estuvimos, no vinieron a hacer las habitaciones.
