Con repecto a la ubicacion era un poco lejos de todo, luego la habitacion es muy amplia y las camas son muy comodas, tenia todo lo que necesitabamos y el barrio es muy completo.
Lovely bones of the building, great value
Toilet is a bit cramped
L'hôtel est très vétuste, voir dangereux car une partie de la façade s'effondre, les fenêtres ne ferment pas alors que nous étions au rez-de-chaussée.
Very friendly behind the desk
The room and hotel in a lot of love. It was a bit cluttered in parts
Close to everything we needed so great location and friendly staff
Very tired room, telly didn’t work, window wouldn’t stay open. 1 double socket you couldn’t really get to as table screwed to the wall.
Room,clean comfy good shower.
Hotel was quite tired in need of dome DIY
Location is great.
There is a lot of wear and tear. In a couple places it didn’t smell great. No air conditioning in the rooms. Shower is small. Keypad to get back in didn’t work.
La ubicación
Las paredes parecen de papel
Very old carbet very old no left mattress not comfortable at all
Double duvets on the double beds instead of single duvets.
No breakfast
Scruffy carpets taped up. Dirty windows. Rotten window frame. Cracked window pane. Looked out on to a very dirty yard.
Perfect location. Good value for money. Beds are super comfortable.
The building is very tired. Ripped carpets on the floors, everything is old. But the place is very cheap, so who cares, really.
Dirty smellyyyyyy
I messed up my booking and it was over a day before I was expecting to check out. I got a message from the hotel that they had attempted to clean my room and found that I still had stuff everywhere. This was obviously embarassing, but they were able to give me a room for the extra night to finish my trip and they could not have been nicer about my blunder and helping me fix it rather than leaving me looking for a room on no notice. They also were happy to check me in comparatively early, and several other reviews acknowledge how accommodating the staff are.
The hotel is a little rough around the edges (there's duct tape on the stairs, for example), but they seem to be in the process of rennovating and/or upgrading. For the value and the location, it is impossible to beat. However, the desk space was limited in the two rooms I stayed in, so if you're in town for business and plan to work a lot in your room, there are co-working spaces and libraries within walking distance and they might serve as better options. Otherwise, absolutely recommended.
Just FYI, Google Maps says they offer breakfast, but they do not.
My only caveat is lack of climate control. At the end of April, even a relatively mild day meant a stuffy room if I left the curtains open or didn't leave the window open. The rooms do have small fans, but I'm willing to bet in the heat of summer it could get pretty toasty. This is a comparatively small complaint in the scheme of things.
