totally inhuman in customer service, even if i come from far away country did not have a courtercy

very limited routine foods not considered non chinese peferences

Cons:

not flexible for my request in advance, made us helpless when arriving at 2 a m saying checkin time is after 12 pm and was not flexible at all though it has been informed very well in advnace

Pros:

Breakfast is great and value for money. Location is not in scenic area but still its worthy.

The inclusion of shampoos, hair conditioner etc...and the comfortable bed..

Cons:

There were no acoustic insulation. Everything was heard from the corridor and there were many hosts who did not care about rest times during the night or in the early morning. Not only this but the cleaning staff was also making a lot of noise by 8 am. Besides, the glass of windows was very dirty.

Uncomfortable stay due to lack of basic amenities and communication issues.
Pros:

The location was reasonably convenient and the room was clean. The check-in process was also relatively smooth.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I had to sleep with the window open just to breathe, which caused noise and early light disturbance. Communication was also difficult, as the staff did not speak English and translation tools were not effective.

Es el hotel que elegimos siempre cuando viajamos a Shangai. Está a metros de la línea 2 de subte que te lleva de un aeropuerto a otro.

Cons:

La entrada al hotel queda del otro lado de donde está la salida 3 de subte y es complicada encontrarla la primera vez.
