We loved the hotel. Beautiful, fantastic view over Huangpu. Very nice rooms. Staff was very helpful and diligent.

They did not return us the deposit after checking out, even though they promised to. We wrote directly to the hotel managers and they just said us to wait, but it already has been 1.5 months since then.

この施設で良かったのは景色だけ。

Cons:

ホテルの中は古く、部屋からの眺望も窓が狭く予約時の写真とは大違いなので注意が必要です。また、私は今回11階のリバービューの部屋を取ったが、朝9時ごろになると廊下からひどい騒音が毎朝響いた。おそらく老朽化した何かの設備の騒音だと思う。部屋の電源も固くて刺さらないし、反応しない照明のスイッチもたくさんある。エアコンの騒音もひどいし、部屋に着いていたドライヤーも壊れていた。ホテルの周りにはコンビニもなく、デリバリーを頼んでもこちらから毎回フロントに連絡しないと部屋まで届けてくれない。とにかく、景色以外はとても酷いホテルでした。

Great place to stay on the Bund and within short walking to many cafes, river cruise, Yee Gardens.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and airconditioned. Toilet was a bit high tech and took a bit to get used to. I had paid extra for a view, but one of the three windows with a view was covered by a huge TV. The best view was out of the shower!!

Nice Hotel Great Location!
Pros:

Location is amazing and the rooms are nice with spectacular views on the river side!

Cons:

Always slow check in, the lobby is very dated! The bar balcony badly needs refurbishing and the bar staff not friendly at all!
