A perfect oasis with a garden in Bologna
Pros:

We were surprised by getting a better room that we booked - looks like it was suite or smth like that - which contained an additional room with a sofa - we were absolutely in love with that. Breakfasts in the garden were also incredible- very cozy and tasty itself. The staff were also very welcoming. Definitely recommend

Ma quale HOTEL 4 stelle????… mai più!
Pros:

Solo e unicamente la zona colazione esterna immersa nel verde.

Cons:

La camera era esterna alla struttura e non era specificato, la camera era sporca , trasandata e il bagno piccolissimo con l’acqua del lavandino che scendeva a goccia!… non c’era ristorante.
La posizione è buona perché vicina al centro ma l’hotel è in una zona non esattamente raccomandabile a vedere le persone che stazionavano in strada a pochi metri dall’albergo. Ma un hotel 4 stelle non dovrebbe avere determinate caratteristiche!

Abgesehen von der schlechten Zimmerausstattung waren wir weitgehend zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, besonders angenehm war das gute Obstangebot. Die Zimmer waren sehr karg eingerichtet. Es gab kaum Staufläche. Der Aufenthalt im Zimmer diente nur dem Schlafen.
Das Personal war nicht nur freundlich, sondern immer hilfsbereit und sorgte bei Beschwerden für gute Lösungen.
Die Zeit im üppig bepflanzten Garten und im Gartenhaus haben wir sehr genossen.
Außerdem hat die zentrumsnahe Lage uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung Die Zimmerausstattung war - siehe oben - für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt nicht akzeptabel, aber auch während einer Schlechtwetterperiode - von der wir verschont blieben - kann man sich kaum in einem solchen Zimmer aufhalten.

Pros:

Second séjour dans ce très bel hôtel.
Très calme.
Excellente literie.
Petit-déjeuner très varié.

Cons:

Horaire du petit-déjeuner un peu tôt (jusqu'à 10h).
Pour ce deuxième séjour, j'étais logé dans la partie annexe de l hôtel. Tout aussi confortable que l'autre. Cependant pas d'ascenseur, aussi je déplore qu'à mon arrivée la personne qui m'ait accueilli et guidé vers la chambre se soit juste excusée que la chambre ne soit pas accessible via un ascenseur (ce qui en soi n est pas un problème dans un bâtiment ancien) mais qu'il ne m'ait pas apporté son aide pour monter mes lourds bagages. Pas très aidant, ni correct pour un hôtel 4 etoiles.
Service de chambre un peu bruyant le matin.
