Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und stets war alles da. Das Zimmer war schön, allerdings schon ein wenig abgewohnt. Beim Dachfenster war der Holzrahmen renovierungsbedürftig. Die Verdunklung des Dachfensters ging nicht. Im Mülleimer des Bades war noch ein Tablettenblister des Vormieters.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung, auch wäre es schön gewesen, die Reinigung hätte am Vormittag stattgefunden, so dass man die Siesta nicht ausfallen lassen muss. Bzw. musste ich am Nachmittag das DND-Schild rausgeben.

abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il cortile interno, davvero piacevole, e la colazione, che abbiamo trovato varia e di buona qualità.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo diffuso durante la fiera di Bologna, prenotando quattro camere. La struttura è molto bella, curata e caratteristica; abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il cortile interno, davvero piacevole, e la colazione, che abbiamo trovato varia e di buona qualità.
Purtroppo però tre camere su quattro erano estremamente rumorose. Si sentivano chiaramente tutti i passanti dalla via sottostante e, in una delle camere situate vicino alla reception, era impossibile non sentire le conversazioni e il continuo passaggio delle persone durante i check-out del mattino. Considerando il costo delle camere e la categoria della struttura, riteniamo che sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nell’insonorizzazione di finestre e porte.
Inoltre, in una delle camere dal lavandino del bagno usciva pochissima acqua. Quando abbiamo segnalato il problema, ci è stato proposto come gesto compensativo una bottiglietta d’acqua. Apprezziamo sicuramente la cortesia del personale, ma sinceramente non era questo il punto: da un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetta soprattutto servizi e comfort all’altezza del prezzo richiesto.
