Excellent location, right in the centre of the city and near the sky tower, therefore a bus to the airport. Staff at the desk and at breakfast were lovely. The breakfast was also AMAZING, overall absolutely worth every penny.

Interestingly enough, we were recommended this hotel by a travel AI app - which made us feel like we were taking a gamble. However, all our expectations were met and exceeded by this fantastic hotel!
We arrived at 6:30am and with a 4 hour time difference - were feeling a bit jetlagged. Nonetheless, we were met by a lovely gentleman who not only checked us in, he offered us complimentary welcome coffees in the hotel restaurant. We had asked for a potential early checking and were expecting to be allowed up to our rooms around noon at the very earliest - whoever, as we were enjoying the coffee and the wonderful restaurant design, the manager came to inform us that our rooms were ready around 9! What a blessing!
The room was spacious and very comfortable - there was a sitting room, little dining table, a beautiful bathroom, then the bedroom. The bed was comfy and the amenities very much appreciated ( the best of our trip!). The hotel itself was very well located - within walking distance to the main streets, Art Gallery and a quick walk towards the water as well. For newbies to Auckland - this was a brilliant find and we would highly recommend this to everyone! Well worth it.
Right in the middle of the city and so very quiet.
We had a problem with the heating in our room. The staff were very helpful and attempted to sort for us.
