ハードな出張でホッとでききた。
Pros:

CBDに位置し、タワーやマリーナなどが徒歩圏内。近くに公園もあるため、散策もできる。
カフェ・レストランが近くにあるし、ホテル内のレストランの料理・サービスも素晴らしい。
チェックイン時、アップグレードしていただき案内された部屋はメゾネットタイプだったが、7日間のビジネス滞在中、階段昇降がストレスになるだろうと考えて、部屋の変更を申し出たら快く変更してもらえた。受付はもちろん、部屋の清掃スタッフも全員気さくで親切。
防音が効いていて外部の音が聞こえないため熟睡できる。部屋のスリッパも快適だった。
頂いたドリンクサービス券を使って訪れたバーでは、季節の違いで少し体調を崩しがちだった私を心配して労りの言葉をかけてくれてありがたかった。また是非訪れたい隠れ家のようなホテル。

Cons:

特にないが、強いて言えば、他のホテルを見る目が厳しくなったことくらい（笑）

Cons:

in our suite (1841) there was a carpeted metal floor port (water valve?) in the lounge that was unfortunately quite uncomfortable when on trod on it. My partner was particularly unhappy about this.
Everything else was wonderful. (Oh, and there was no milk in the fridge for the first morning's coffee. 😊

Pros:

Adore the decor and such a wonderful experience to be upgraded to a suite!! I have always previously lived in Auckland so haven't had occasion to stay, but now I live outside Auckland, this will become my go-to for all upcoming stays! :)
