Quarto muito amplo, com banheiro excelente. Fora todos os mimos no quarto que proporcionavam o máximo de conforto como roupões e pantufas. O café da manhã era bem completo, e devido aos passeios de Cusco se iniciarem muito cedo, já estava disponível a partir das 3horas da manhã.
I had an excellent one-night stay at Sonesta Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The airport transfer was smooth, punctual, and very convenient. I also greatly appreciated the secure baggage storage for four days while I was traveling. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing my luggage was safe. The hotel made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Everything was well organized and handled with great attention to detail. The service exceeded my expectations for a short stay. I would definitely choose Sonesta Hotel again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Struttura nuova, pulita, con staff meraviglioso, sempre disponibile e attento alle necessità del cliente. Camera enorme, con bagno molto ampio e nuovo. Stanza calda e acqua bollente. Colazione favolosa, molto variegata, sempre rifornita con prodotti a tutte le ore dalle 3 della mattina.
