Um custo-benefício excepcional. O hotel , na minha visão, entrega mais do que seu nível de classificação. O quarto é muito bom, o café da manhã é maravilhoso e o atendimento é de outro nível. Concederam late check-out e ofereceram transfer gratuito pois meu voo era à tarde. Esse tipo de atitude transforma a estadia.
São esses pequenos gestos, cortesia, acolhimento e atenção que fazem o hóspede querer avaliar o hotel acima da sua classificação oficial. Parabéns à equipe. Recomendo sem qualquer ressalva.

Todo el personal del hotel era muy atento y cuidadoso a todas nuestras necesidades y confort. El buffet era amplio y con mucha variedad para desayunar a tu gusto.
Las camas eran super grandes y calentitas.
Ademas, cada hora, tiene un vehículo que te traslada al aeropuerto (sin necesidad de tener que llamar a ningún taxi).
En general, ha sido un lugar cómodo.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the train and bus stations. It’s only 15 minutes from Cusco Airport and a 12-minute walk to Plaza de Armas.
Breakfast is served from 5 AM to 10 AM. In fact, it actually starts at 3 AM, but there are more options available from 5 AM onwards. This is perfect if you have an early morning tour, as you can still enjoy breakfast before heading out. And if you’re having a rest day, you can take your time and have breakfast until 10 AM. I think this is a very important detail when visiting Cusco, especially with all the early morning tours!
The staff were extremely helpful with everything. After weeks of traveling, I finally found a hotel where the staff actually spoke good English! :))
