Amazing hotel, the staff are really kind and friendly, they are professional. I liked the coca tea at reception. The rooms are modern, good beds and great bathrooms. The porter and arrival in the hotel very friendly. The breakfast is impressive, massive selection and great service. one waiter called pete was very helpful and kind. highly recommend this property

Hallo, wir haben uns im Hotel Sonesta in Cusco sehr wohl gefühlt! Insbesondere die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr früh angereist und konnten bereits um 08:00 Uhr unser Zimmer gegen einen angemessenen Aufpreis beziehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Vom Hotel aus benötigten wir etwas mehr als 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in das historische Zentrum von Cusco.

10 min stappen van de bezienswaardigheden, ook veel winkeltjes aan het hotel.
Door onvoorziene omstandigheden hebben we 3 nachten moeten verblijven aan de matchu Picchu. We waren te laat om uit te checken, maar hebben ons niets extra aan gerekend. Dat was heel fijn.
