All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Muy buena atención por parte de todos los trabajadores, muy amables. Es muy tranquilo el lugar, y con unas vistas hermosas. Nos cambiaron las toallas siempre que nos hacían la habitación. Nada que decir, fue una experiencia bastante buena. Volvería sin dudarlo.
Excelente relación calidad precio. Quizá por ser Julio pero tuvimos una gran suite a un muy buen precio.

El hotel es muy lindo por dentro, bien espacioso. Nuestra habitación tenía vista preciosa al lago.
El desayuno rico, los días de menor demanda nos ofrecían huevos revueltos o fritos y te los llevaban a la mesa. Lo único débil del desayuno es el café.
Usamos el spa un día que también fue bastante agradable.
La ubicación también nos gustó, era perfecta para llegar caminando a muchos lados.
No todos los enchufes de la habitación funcionaban, no sé por qué.
Lo peor fue que al segundo día encontramos accidentalmente un chicle pegado detrás de un velador. Esto no es culpa 100% del hotel, sino de las personas sucias que no cuidan los lugares que no son suyos. Sin embargo, la respuesta del hotel fue mínima y solo se limitaron a sacarlo sin pedir disculpas.
Por último agregar que una noche comimos en el restaurant del hotel y, aparte de la larga espera, no estaba nada rico.
Excelente ubicación, la vista que tiene es de película romántica. Es un hotel tranquilo para disfrutar en pareja o con la familia. El personal siempre muy atento y la habitación siempre estuvo impecable.
El Spa 10 puntos, el desayuno 10 puntos lo mejor el Restaurante, pero lo mejor de todo el personal amable y acogedor
