Nuestra experiencia en Hotel Patagonia fue muy decepcionante y no estuvo a la altura de la categoría ni del número de estrellas que ofrece.

Desde el inicio observamos problemas importantes en la calidad del servicio. La ducha de la habitación nunca logró alcanzar una temperatura adecuada, algo básico y esperable en un hotel de esta categoría.

Sin embargo, lo más grave ocurrió el día de nuestra salida. Debido a que debíamos partir muy temprano al aeropuerto, se nos ofreció una caja de desayuno para reemplazar el desayuno normal. Confiando en esa solución, decidimos no comprar alimentos para la mañana siguiente.

Al acercarnos a recepción para realizar el check out, se nos informó que el desayuno nunca llegó. Lo más preocupante fue saber que el hotel tenía conocimiento de este problema desde la noche anterior y, aun así, decidió no informarnos porque “prefirieron no molestarnos”, argumentando que era responsabilidad de una empresa externa.

Esa explicación resulta inaceptable. El servicio fue ofrecido por el hotel y la responsabilidad frente al huésped sigue siendo del hotel, independientemente de si utiliza proveedores externos. De habernos informado oportunamente, habríamos podido buscar una solución alternativa.

Finalmente debimos salir a las 5:00 AM rumbo al aeropuerto sin ninguna opción para alimentarnos, encontrando además todo cerrado. La sensación fue de una completa falta de preocupación por el huésped y una gestión muy deficiente de una situación que pudo resolverse de manera simple.

La experiencia fue realmente muy mala y consideramos que el servicio recibido no corresponde a lo prometido ni a lo pagado. Dado el nivel de incumplimiento y las molestias generadas, consideramos razonable solicitar una compensación o un reembolso parcial por nuestra estadía.

Excelente lugar. Fueron 4 días en donde desde la bienvenida hasta el check-out fue un servicio estupendo. Los chicos de la recepción muy atentos, el chico del spa también súper atento. Desayuno exquisito, lugar con cercanía al centro fantástico y cerca. La habitación súper cómoda, espaciosa. Las instalaciones del hotel 10/10. La verdad es mucho más de lo que se puede observar en las fotos, volveremos sin duda.
