All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

La tranquilidad
Instalaciones y ubicación.
El desayuno era pobre y el personal estaba sobrepasado. Hay muy poco variedad de alimentos para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

En relación al servicio de spa tengo que mencionar muy poca amabilidad del personal y además me parece insólito que si es un hotel familiar en época de vacaciones de invierno tengan un horario para acudir a piscina temperada restringido para los niños (de 10 a 15 hrs )el cual no se publica con claridad y además después de manifestar la queja acceden y al día siguiente cambian nuevamente los horarios para los niños . Si no desean recibir niños mejor que se declare que es hotel solo para adultos . Esta experiencia fue super decepcionante , sobre todo por el personal del spa que no fue capaz de resolver con un poco de sentido común o mejor hospitalidad. Daba la sensación que les molestaba la presencia de niños en la instalación.
No respetaron mi reserva,,, con habitacion superior y cama extragrande ,,, cero experiencia en recepción,,, daban las habitaciones por orden de llegada y no por lo que teníamos reservado
Excelente desde la llegada, habitación amplia y cómoda, baños limpios, desayuno exquisito y productos fresquitos, servicio de jacuzzi excelente, muy amable el personal, volvería sin duda.
Espaciososo , limpio, comodo, excelente atención de todos en genera, muy buena ubicaciónl. 🫶 agradecida con ganas de volver.
