It was pleasant but quite underwhelming for the space you had and the potential you were not using.
Pros:

We liked that it was just walking distance from Clarke Quay and other hang out places.

Cons:

We didn't like the manual check in and that there was a long queue. The room was nice and spacious but the toilet and shower is very stuffy. It has a weird layout also and we didn't use the loft since there was nothing to do upstairs. The breakfast also had limited options for non-pork eaters. The room, while spacious, the headspace was not necessary and we notice a lot of uncleaned surfaces above.

The breakfast was great. They cater for different dietary requirements.

Cons:

There are always cleaners of trolleys in the corridor which are already a bit narrow and it was just a tiny inconvenience as I needed a bit of space when using the baby pram.

Pros:

The location was good and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff treated us like they were doing us a favor, they really didn't want to be there.

The hotel overall needs a remodel.

Doesn't make sense to have a pool with no pool furniture (sunbeds) and a pool bar that's closed.

Bellissima struttura: ricca colazione a buffet in un piacevolissimo spazio che affaccia sulla doppia piscina (normale e jacuzzi) e palestra. Camera con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani e ripristino dei set di cortesia. Buona posizione per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni comodamente con metro ma anche a piedi!

Good value for money and good location. Reception efficiency and resourcing needs improvement.

The elevator service was very efficient.
Room was cleaned efficiently

Cons:

Check in was inefficient and laborious
The lady on reception at 5.30pm at check in was not helpful and somewhat rude. She would only give me one key even though there was someone staying with me.
Cleaning services came prior to 9am 2 mornings in a row which woke us up
Reception were overwhelmed at times and needed more than one person. Waiting times were long
