Très bon hôtel avec un très bon rappprt qualité prix

Not a good experience here at all. Standards have changed from the past have changed

Nice layout and location by the river

Cons:

The blanked was musky and smelt like piss, the walls leaked water from the corner (near the window) and the hot water dispenser did not have the cold function even though it said cold was an option. One of the socket plug was not working either. The older woman staff (sxxxxxy) was unkind and seems grumpy when we asked her questions and we thought she was busy but she replied “what is your concern” in a harsh way as if we made her unhappy but we just wanted to ask if we could get pillows and we even wished her a good day. She made the experience really uncomfortable and unpleasant one for us.

Pros:

La posizione è incredibile, in uno dei quartieri più belli della città, ben servita dei mezzi ma anche a piedi Marina Bay è facilmente raggiungibile.

Cons:

Pulizia davvero mediocre. Cura della struttura altrettanto. Sono ritornato dopo due anni dall’ultima volta e sembra che la struttura ne abbia affrontati 15. Davvero un peccato.
