Superb.
Pros:

Upon check-in, I asked the front desk representative for a good place to eat. She recommended Cape fear fish may be one of the best meals I ever eat.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. My daughter and myself felt safe and the Pool was nice

Nice it had a hot tub

Cons:

I called the hotel directly because our flight was delayed and we were stranded in the airport for 8 hrs. We would not make it to the hotel that night and would come in the morning. I spoke to the lady and she said i would not get charged for that night, she would just take it off and we would see her i. The morning. We showed up the following day to check in and the perosn who checked us in said NO thats not how it works. I told her the person last night said we would not be charged for the 1st night. We were already stressed about delays and being stranded at the airport 8 extra hours, then had to drive 1.5 hrs to our hotel. We missed my neieces graduation because of the delay and the desk lady was super rude.
Same dead bugs dead in the elevator for 2 days straight. Needs cleaned

We have stayed at the other hotels in the area and Best Western is by far the best.

Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel and would definitely book again if I go the Leland NC again.
Pros:

Very clean, great location, great staff, great breakfast

Cons:

If there was 1 thing I had to say, not a dislike but a suggestion, I wish the bathroom had a dim light when using it in the middle of the night.

The front desk, specifically Reilly, was very friendly and attentive.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. There was a variety of items for all types of diets. The eggs were fresh and I used a waffle maker for the first time. Also very clean and well maintained.
