I doubt I’ll ever use a best western facility again.

Pool and hot tub

Cons:

I requested an early check in for 1:00pm. I arrived in town at 1100 and called to see if it was possible to check in earlier. I was told it would be a $50 fee to check in early. I then asked if we can still check in at 1:00 pm and was told no. I was told that someone reached out to me about 1:00pm, but that was a lie and no one did. They told me in order to check in earlier I was supposed to call the morning of my arrival to see if I could check in early. The big question is, how is my room not available for early check in but if I paid $50 fee, all of a sudden it’s ready for early check in? The breakfast was terrible, I’ve had better food out training in the field while I was in the Marine Corps. And the food from the field was barely edible. I found a big fat roach in my room as I was packing to leave. I have a video of the roach if you would like to see.

It was a wonderful 4 days that we for sure made some lifelong memories.
Pros:

I booked this for 4 days and 3 nights for my dad and his wife from the mountains and from the front desk to the room to the very convenient breakfast (which was amazing) my family was so well taken care of. They are planning a trip back in Feb, and that makes me so Happy. My sister who lives outside of Raleigh and is terminal was able for all of us to visit and enjoy our fleeting time with her. My dad's wife got to go to the beach and experience Britts donuts and the ocean. I am so proud of you all and for making our time together so special!! Thank you all.

Pros:

The breakfast was so good! The staff kept the food supplied. The menu changed daily. Carla was exceptional as an attendant for the continental breakfast.

The staff as a whole was very friendly and helpful.

Augustine at the front desk was exceptional and is great at customer service!!

One of the best experiences our family has had at a motel!! Keep up the good work!

Living Our Best Life in Leland, NC - Visit NC
Pros:

Breakfast was superb!!! Wait Staff was attentive and beautiful display and food was delicious. Enjoy the ambiance and the guests were very friendly. Will stay here soon. Looking forward to our next trip to Leland, NC.

Cons:

Everyone and everything was fabulous. Police security in the parking lot was a plus. Alot of excitement in this area. New adventures await daily. Love the big town feel in the country-side.
