Pros:

The location was convenient & the owner was very friendly.

Cons:

Our room was not clean. Sheets were dirty, coffee grounds everywhere, walls were so dirty & all table surfaces were sticky. It was absolutely disgusting, couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Price seems much higher than the quality received!
Pros:

The location was perfect for the concert venue. The refrigerator was nice and cold. The bed linens were comfortable.

Cons:

The coffee pot was not cleaned properly, I don't know what was in the water compartment. I didn't like the office is closed and locked until 4pm to check in and then there is a line. The side tables need to be cleaned, finger prints all over them. Towels look used, need to be bleached and cleaned better, and they need to provide hand towels and washcloths. Floors need to be cleaned. The floor in the closet seems squishy.

I have stayed only for one night out the three and want refund for the two nights.

Cons:

Everything at this facility is bad. What is worse is that the air conditioner is makes a big noise like a grinding mile and blowing dirty into the room. My child was suffocated and couldn't breathe. This place is a health hazard and supposed to be evaluated by the authorities if it is even supposed to be in the business. We left this place after one night as we couldn't stay here and booked another hotel for the remaining two nights of our stay.

Room was very dirty, blood on toilet, bed sheets dirty, hair on bed sheets, fridge smelled, dust everywhere but the worst was we were so itchy. We looked everywhere we found some bugs it was super intense.

Perfect location around everything and great amenities
Pros:

I loved the hot tub and the pool both were very convenient during the Fourth of July weekend. The room overall was simple but clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and perfect to fit two people. Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Definitely happy with the stay considering it was one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

Cons:

No complaints really besides when I was there it was super busy for Fourth of July weekend so we didn’t get any new towels during our stay.
