Going downhill

Cons:

The beds were hard. Called down to report our refrigerator leaking water and they said they would send maintenance. No one came. After an hour I contacted them and told them it is now 10 and we were going to bed. The lady I talked with said she didn't have our room number. I told her that I had given our room number twice. She admitted she hadn't take note of it. She said she was sending someone's up down. I told her we were in bed. She responded by saying there coming now. She totally ignored what I said. The maintenance guy came and took our refrigerator away. He told us he had no replacement. We then told him about a light bulb that had burned out. He told us he no extra bulbs. This hotel used to be very nice and I always enjoyed staying there. Never again. This is an insult to the Hilton brand.

I wish it was like other Embassy Suites
Pros:

Employees were dynamite. Good customer service, the maintenance staff was very helpful

Cons:

It was outdated. I thought I would have had a better experience with Embassy Suites. This hotel was nothing like any other Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at.

Pros:

It was a nice place to stay and really close to the outlets and all different restaurants. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good every morning, and the happy hour drinks in the evenings were a really nice way to end my day. Definitely will be staying here every time I visit Savannah.
