It was around the corner from the Outlets and restaurants. And 5 minutes from where we was going. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is a hotel that I will come back too.
I liked everything at the hotel.
What i didn't like was I asked booking.com to add a day for me well they said no one answered there call. When I got to the helitel a day ahead of time and addressed this issue they said they got no messages from booking.com. The hotel had many rooms available so not sure what booking.com issue was not adding another night. ("Sad deal on booking.com side") Not sure i will ever use booking.com again
Beds were comfortable

Hallways smelled a little, beds were a little hard
The lobby was clean and had a nicely designed open space. We were extremely pleased with our room. I am glad I opted to pay the little extra to upgrade to a 2 room king suite. It was clean, the bed was firm but very comfortable, my husband and I both slept well. The layout was perfect given my husband is up and down during the night and the layout allowed him to be up without disturbing me.
The only issue we observed was on our floor (5th) the hallway had a very off smell (mildew/musty). Fortunately the smell was only in the hall and was not in our room.
The hallways smelled muggy, and not updated
Will not recommend this hotel if you traveling with family .

They could not find our reservation, the air conditioner didn't work and the tv in the bedroom didn't work.
We had our family reunion at this hotel over the weekend of Juneteenth and Father's Day. The service we received during the planning process all the way through checkout was excellent! Robin Mawer and Jessica Sharpe did a great job of making it easy to organize this stay for our group of approximately 60 people (around 50 stayed at the hotel).
The kids were so happy to have a big pool to play in and the temperature was just right. We did have to request extra towels one evening just because it was a busy Saturday night. The staff was great and brought plenty of towels for everyone, including the 4 kids I was supervising.
Everyone was so impressed with the lobby and the rooms. We were very surprised that the hotel wasn't new because it's in very good condition! The lighting in the rooms was a bit lacking, however, it wasn't a big deal since you could just open the windows to make it brighter. Plus, having a fridge and microwave is such a help when you have families traveling with children and the elderly. We had many meals at the wonderful restaurants nearby so the family loved being able to store and reheat leftovers!
The breakfast was delicious with options for everyone! The elders in the group were huge fans of the omelet line! I had an omelet one morning and I agree that the staff does a great job with those! I also appreciated having fresh fruit and oatmeal to start my days of right. The breakfast room also doesn't have the best lighting, but there's plenty of staff there keeping it clean and helping folks as needed so it wasn't a major issue.
I would happily recommend this hotel for a group trip and I hope to stay here the next time I visit family in the area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and do their best to provide excellent service.
