Breakfast
They could not find our reservation, the air conditioner didn't work and the tv in the bedroom didn't work.
We had our family reunion at this hotel over the weekend of Juneteenth and Father's Day. The service we received during the planning process all the way through checkout was excellent! Robin Mawer and Jessica Sharpe did a great job of making it easy to organize this stay for our group of approximately 60 people (around 50 stayed at the hotel).
The kids were so happy to have a big pool to play in and the temperature was just right. We did have to request extra towels one evening just because it was a busy Saturday night. The staff was great and brought plenty of towels for everyone, including the 4 kids I was supervising.
Everyone was so impressed with the lobby and the rooms. We were very surprised that the hotel wasn't new because it's in very good condition! The lighting in the rooms was a bit lacking, however, it wasn't a big deal since you could just open the windows to make it brighter. Plus, having a fridge and microwave is such a help when you have families traveling with children and the elderly. We had many meals at the wonderful restaurants nearby so the family loved being able to store and reheat leftovers!
The breakfast was delicious with options for everyone! The elders in the group were huge fans of the omelet line! I had an omelet one morning and I agree that the staff does a great job with those! I also appreciated having fresh fruit and oatmeal to start my days of right. The breakfast room also doesn't have the best lighting, but there's plenty of staff there keeping it clean and helping folks as needed so it wasn't a major issue.
I would happily recommend this hotel for a group trip and I hope to stay here the next time I visit family in the area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and do their best to provide excellent service.
The room was dark, not enough lamps. I couldn't figure out the tv.
The room was clean, I had plenty of towels, and the breakfast was excellent. I do have one suggestion: the juice station seemed a bit weak, almost as if the juices were watered down. Offering fresh‑squeezed orange juice and improving the overall juice quality would really elevate the breakfast experience.

The beds were hard. Called down to report our refrigerator leaking water and they said they would send maintenance. No one came. After an hour I contacted them and told them it is now 10 and we were going to bed. The lady I talked with said she didn't have our room number. I told her that I had given our room number twice. She admitted she hadn't take note of it. She said she was sending someone's up down. I told her we were in bed. She responded by saying there coming now. She totally ignored what I said. The maintenance guy came and took our refrigerator away. He told us he had no replacement. We then told him about a light bulb that had burned out. He told us he no extra bulbs. This hotel used to be very nice and I always enjoyed staying there. Never again. This is an insult to the Hilton brand.

It was outdated. I thought I would have had a better experience with Embassy Suites. This hotel was nothing like any other Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at.

It was a nice place to stay and really close to the outlets and all different restaurants. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good every morning, and the happy hour drinks in the evenings were a really nice way to end my day. Definitely will be staying here every time I visit Savannah.
