I requested a room change because I could smell smoking in the room. Nurlan at the reception was very accommodating and changed the room. Also, he arranged a fruit plate for me.

Great place to stay in between the airport and downtown.
Pros:

Excellent room, service, and food. Above all, the hotel staff was exceptional. My flight wasn't until later in the evening, and they kindly provided a complimentary late extension. Highly recommended!
