メリットはロケーションだけ。満足度は非常に低い。

男性スタッフの対応が非常に丁寧だった

Cons:

衛生面
洗面所やトイレは綺麗だったが、
全体的に部屋が汚い。特に椅子の隙間のカビ？誇りが最低だった。とにかく設備が古い。閉塞感がすごく、壁の汚れもそのままで不快だった。一番酷かった点は防音性。繁華街の為、朝まで酔っ払いがうるさくて、道路側の部屋では騒音がダイレクトに入ってきてリピートは絶対にしない。

新宿のグランベルを良く利用していたので同じくらいのクオリティかと思いましたが

バーもカフェもなく
エレベーター降りてから変な匂いがしました。
お部屋のミラーには手垢らしきものが付いていたり冷蔵庫の上の棚壁が落ちてきたり
劣化してるなぁーと
