Voor een 4 sterren hotel erg basic.
Geen koffie thee of watertje op de kamer. Receptie personeel was aardig, de vriendelijkheid in de ontbijtzaal was ver te zoeken.

Un poco flojo en la limpieza en la habitación, no en el edificio.
The personnel is really nice.

The breakfast is only until 09:30 which is quite early if you are on vacation.

Das Essen
Keine Privatsphähre, trotz Schild mit der Aufschrift (Please do not disturb!) wurde man wärend des Aktes gestört sprich die Person betrat den Raum & ging dann.
Weiters ging die Steck-Karte um 3 Uhr Nachts nicht mehr um Strom und Licht einzuschalten somit keine Heizung und kein Licht für den Restlichen Aufenthalt.

Such a friendly helpful team. I very much enjoyed my stay. I can't fault it. The breakfast was generous and well thought out, with traditional Croatian foods alongside the standard breakfast foods like cereal and eggs.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and interested in my stay, asking me how my day went and if I had enjoyed my trips out. My room was very comfortable clean and quiet, with a nice view. I also spoiled myself with a massage and facial while there. That too was sooo nice! This was my first tine in Croatia, and the staff made me feel at home and welcome. So much so that I'd love to come back again and explore Zagreb more thoroughly. A wonderful hotel.
