Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room wasn't huge but it was clean and there was enough room on the floor to open and pick through a large suitcase. Quite a comfortable layout which th plenty of power points if that's what you need. The location is fairly central, easy to access from the Shinkansen, and a nice starting point to go for a walk and see the surrounding area.

Pros:

アメニティが豊富なのと、ウェルカムドリンクが24時間使えることと、コンビニや飲食店も近くにあって便利だった
部屋の窓からトラムが見られた！

Cons:

車種によってはホテルに併設された駐車場には停められなかった。大型タイプの車は少し離れた駐車場だった。
入り口にあったひとつしかないエスカレーターが時間帯によって昇り下りが違ったので、分かりやすい表示があれば良かったと思う。
