너무 아름다운 호텔이 관리가 안되어 아쉽네요

Perfect location!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was amazing. The facilites such as the shop and laundry were great and the resataurant was a great place for breakfast to start us off before a hike. good selection of food.

Cons:

Rooms were a little dated. Shower needs updating to something modern. otherwise it was perfect and clean so no complaints

Ich würde wieder dort buchen weil es gut gelegen ist
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Eingang zum Nationalpark. Es hat einen grossen Parkplatz. Das Auto konnte nach dem Auschecken noch bis 14 Uhr dort stehen bleiben. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Restaurants waren geschlossen bzw. früh zu. Zum Glück gab es einen kleinen self-check shopping wo man Getränke, Chips und Ramen bekam. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig, doch leider nicht nach unserem Geschmack.

Beautiful place in National Park
Pros:

Fantastic location in national park, short walk to start of trails and bus stop right outside. Lovely food in restaurant. Great view of mountains. Nice quiet room, very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed for a week at least.

Pros:

We stayed at Kensington Hotel Seorak and were ultimately disappointed given the hotel’s reputation and price.

One major advantage is the location. The hotel is situated right at the entrance to Seoraksan National Park, making it an excellent base for exploring the park.

Cons:

However, both the hotel and the rooms felt quite dated. It seems that the property may have been luxurious in the past, but today it feels in need of significant renovation and maintenance.

The biggest issue was cleanliness, particularly dust. When we moved the curtains or sat on the sofas, we could literally see dust particles floating in the air. The smell of dust was noticeable and at times quite unpleasant and it was difficult to breathe. We reported this to the staff, who attempted to address it with air fresheners, but unfortunately that did not solve the underlying problem. The sofas and curtains appeared to need a thorough deep cleaning.

We also felt that the response from the staff lacked the level of empathy and attentiveness we would have expected from a hotel of this category.

We were also disappointed by the hotel’s policy regarding the lounge on the upper floor, which offers beautiful sunset views. We simply wanted to step in briefly to enjoy the sunset and had no intention of using any of the facilities or consuming food or drinks. However, access was only permitted for an additional fee, which felt unnecessarily restrictive given the price of the hotel.

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour aller randonner dans le parc de Seoraksan. Y loger permet d'éviter les bouchons et les galères de parking les jours d'affluence.
La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une baignoire pour calmer les courbature d'une longue journée de randonnée.
Les restaurant offrent un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est cher mais copieux si vous poncez le buffet. Une autre option moins chère consiste à récupérer un plateau petit déjeuner et à le manger dans sa chambre.

Great location, amazing view, fantastic food!
Pros:

The location is fantastic, literally walking distance to the entrance of the park. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds not too hard and pillows were a nice down feather. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and the food in the restaurant was fantastic!
You get a little bar fridge, but no ice maker, you can ask for ice from reception and they’ll bring you a bucket. There was a blow dryer and plenty of cupboard space and hangers. There is a free laundry room with both washer and dryer (can purchase detergent at the little shop). The hotel is somewhat dated but it’s clean and comfortable. Some of the lead in rooms face the back of the building so definitely worth paying extra for the executive rooms and above to get the amazing views. All photos on here are as they are in real life, the views are just spectacular!

Cons:

Our big window was unfortunately very dirty and hard to see out of. Also our balcony was very dirty and didn’t have any seating arrangements, we had to ask for chairs that would fit through the narrow door to be able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains.

Pros:

Очень красивый отель.Номера большие,ванная комната тоже огромная.есть балкон с потрясающим видом на горы.Для посещения Национального парка,этот отель прям лучшее,что можно предложить

Проблема с едой.Рестораны очень рано закрываются и цена кусачая.А рядом ничего поблизости нет к сожалению.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, perfectly clean and the location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the National Park. The roof top has amazing views, and there is a convenience store within the hotel.

Cons:

The water didn't get super hot in the shower but it was fine.
