Very enjoyable to stay and would stay again

Great lake views and location, but rooms felt tired and not very clean.
Pros:

Fantastic views from lake view rooms. Good spacious rooms. Easy access to parking and good walkable location to town.

Cons:

Rooms felt tired and not particularly clean. Blinds were ripped on side and broken so they pooled on floor. Grout in bathroom shower and floor could do with a good clean. Couch was stained and felt dirty.

Overall, a bit disappointed with our stay. Although friendly staff and good location.
Pros:

Good location close enough to walk into town

Cons:

Our 3 units had outlook to a retaining wall, were dark and quite small. The lighting was more like mood lighting and the bathroom was internal so had no windows. Our heat pump wasn’t working, but staff responded promptly to check it and swapped our rooms.

The room is spacious with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great view.

Cons:

The gas heater did not work and although we had a reverse cycle aircon the heat did not get low enough to warm us fully. The first room we had at a prior stay was better as it was warm and cosy. That said we still enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast feels more like a prepaid amenities for the fridge rather than a continental breakfast. Still enough stuff to justify the value

Roomy rental, spectacular view.
Pros:

We loved how roomy it was and the view of the lake was spectacular. We also liked its location, nice and quiet, and a quick drive into town for dining.

Will appointed rooms, underground parking and friendly staff. A good option in Queenstown.
Pros:

Standard room at everything we needed, including undercover parking

Cons:

The lighting in the room was poor. The down light above the sink wasn’t working which made the room very dark and hard to find out things when rubbishing through our suitcases but other than that no complaints.

Good value for money with great views.
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious and had most things we needed for our stay. Lovely friendly staff. Fantastic views.

Cons:

Gas wood-look heater did not work, and using the aircon left our ankles on the cool side.

Value for money, no question. Close to town, great. Would I stay there again? Probably.
Pros:

The location was great. 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Good onsite parking. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The chairs were OK, but the table was useless. It was too high to sit at, and too low to stand at comfortably to do computer work.
The light above the bed was reported as not working on day two. The response was, "Oh, we will have someone fix that after you check-out". We stayed for seven nights. Not convinced that the same line wouldn't be fed to the next guest.

Pros:

The apartment was well appointed. It had everything that we required. The view was gorgeous. It was an easy walk into the centre of Queenstown and be able to explore the town on foot.
