Pros:

easy walk into town, nice view from room

Cons:

very noisy traffic, paid extra for bath which was not usable and staff unhelpful when I was locked out of my room with no key

Pros:

Nice and warm and perfect view. Easy location plenty of room!

Cons:

We payed for breakfast with our stay and it was $40 for 2 and it wasnt the best breakfast for that price we had to pay! I probably wouldnt of chosen the breakfast inclurd price if I new what it was. But everything else was amazing 🥰 xx

Pros:

The location was good for getting around.

Cons:

I expected it to be better. The driveway had holes everywhere. I like a good view however this one you had to step outside into the car park to see the mountains.
The furnishing were older than what appeared in the photos when I picked the place. I didn’t realise that the apartment we had booked was right at the back.

Amazing
Pros:

Beautiful views and location. Spacious and everything was nice and clean. Great value for money. Location was great and only a short walk to the town centre. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom and electric blanket to keep warm.

We were given a full refund as the room was not at all like we were expecting.

Pros:

Thew view was good. Beautiful scenery.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours upstairs. Sounds like elephants are walking up and down. Dont get a ground floor unit here. The hotel didn't clean the room properly. Left the dishes rubbish laying around. Remotes didn't work. Toilet is leaking and dripping water.

Al the happiness we have had lost in those last two days of stat at this property.
Pros:

Parking is the only thing we can be happy about it.

Cons:

Even though we specifically requested lake view room, we have given mountain facing that too the lower level, where were facing the wall. The blinds give to the large windows were very much privacy less as teh outsides can view your room easily, another NZ$ 50 would have given us far better facility, which we were experienced at Queenstown. Then again the breakfast, they said continental, just for loaf of bread, corn flakes, couple of fruits, milk and juices. most of them we didn't even use. Not at all worth for the money we paid for it.
