Kamers waren dik oke, zeker niets op aan te merken. Maar
de host van het hotel is alles behalve vriendelijk. Wij hebben er 3 nachten verbleven en ons eerste ontbijt was een regelrechte ramp. Broodjes waren denk ik al 3x gebakken en waren steen hard, de croissants zo plat en slecht van smaak dat ze precies waren vervallen. Ik heb dit s'avonds gemeld bij de receptie en de volgende ochtenden was dit probleem van de baan👍🏼. We hadden tot 3x toe op voorhand gevraagd of ze glutenvrij brood hadden, uiteindelijk kregen we dan toch de bevestiging dat dit in orde zou zijn ( niet dus !!!) Enkel de eerste ochtend. Ik wil niet mierenneuken maar de vriendelijkheid van het personeel liet ook te wensen over, wij hebben geen enkele keer een goedemorgen gekregen, enkel de jongens waren super vriendelijk. Voor ons is dit hotel NIET voor herhaling vatbaar🤷🏻‍♀️

Alojamiento en Delft

Muy centrico. Las habitaciones nos resultaron cómodas y adecuadas para el descanso ya que nos alojamos en la parte trasera, aunque hubiesemos preferido vistas al canal

Cons:

El hotel necesita una actualizacion en varios aspectos para estar a la altura de su categoría.
En particular, echamos en falta mejoras en la accesibilidad, ya que las escaleras y el acondicionamiento de la bañera resultan poco prácticos.

La iluminación tanto en las habitaciones como en el baño nos pareció insuficiente.

La recepción del Hotel no recoge la llave de la habitacion por lo que hay que llevarse un llavero pesado con una única llave

Por último, durante nuestros tres días de estancia no se realizó ningún servicio de limpieza.

Dispone de servicio de consigna abonando 5€ y no hay cuarto destinado para ello sino que se quedan en la entrada del hotel donde haya sitio

Sehr gute Lage, nahe Bahnhof und Zentrum, dennoch ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten.
Gemütliches kleines Hotel.

Cons:

Schmale steile Stiege in die 3. Etage (Dachgeschoss), Sauberkeit/Reinigung des Zimmers unbefriedigend. Keine Handtuchhalter im Bad.

Einfaches Studio an zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Studio, da wir länger in Delft waren. Das Studio war sehr gross, modernisiertes Bad, zweckmässig eingerichtete Küche. Ruhige und doch sehr zentrale Lage.

Es war sehr warm im Studio, lüften schwierig, da nur zu einer Seite möglich.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. En de ligging in de stad.

Cons:

Bij 30+°C helemaal omhoog naar de 3e verdieping. Gelukkug wel airco op de slaapkamer. Op de badkamer was het benauwd.

The so-called "suite" was dirty and bare. The furniture was old and in poor condition, which was unacceptable given the price. The breakfast offered was subpar. This place needs a serious upgrade. I honestly would not recommend it. The furniture that was there was old and dirty, really barely acceptable, and it was not cheap. The breakfast was poor.

Great place to stay very close to the centre of Delft.
Pros:

We loved the location of Hotel Bridges Delft. It was so close to the town square, shops & restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast. 2 of our group stayed in the hotel which they rated highly due to the view from their level and the air conditioning.

Cons:

2 of our group stayed in the apartment which was comfortable but very inadequately equipped. There was kitchen with a dishwasher which was great, but barely enough cutlery & crockery to make it worth using. Also no dishwasher detergent or dishwashing detergent, tea towels or any basics for cooking a meal. There was an air conditioner which we were told we couldn’t use because of the noise for neighbours. We were grateful to have 3 fans though. The sofas were very uncomfortable.

Heel goed hotel. Airco op de kamer, ontbijt is prima en de locatie is uitstekend. 5 minuten lopen van het station en midden in de stad. Geweldige sfeer in en rondom het hotel.

Cons:

bediening van de tv. Een handleiding erbij zou al helpen.
