Fijn hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel!

Het vriendelijke personeel, het heerlijke ontbijt en de charmante binnentuin / terras. Je loopt ook zo het dorpje in

Cons:

We hadden 2 kamers, waarvan Ă©Ă©n kamer het matras keihard was met springveren. Dat kan echt niet meer.

Fantastisk hotell med vennlig personale, nydelig frokost og herlig bassengområde. Rommet hadde god plass og en fantastisk balkong med utsikt både til sjøen og fjellene. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Es war alles perfekt 👌 ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum und doch so ruhig. Der Garten und der Pool war klasse. Frühstück war fantastisch und ich habe noch nie so tollen Omelett gegessen 🥰 das Personal war super 👍 und die Cocktails 🍹 1a

Pros:

Villa Miravalle is a charming and lovely hotel perfectly situated at 2 minutes walking from the city center. All the staff was very welcoming and always with a smile to help. Very good breakfast with good quality. Recommend this hotel for your stay in Riva.

Cons:

The water in the shower did not have a lot of pression. Apart from that can't find any more negative points.

A Luxury Retreat with Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The hotel felt like a luxury retreat. It has beautiful gardens and a terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and drinks. It had a lovely pool area with plenty of sunloungers.
The room was spotlesssly clean and spacious.
Breakfast was great, with a variety of quality fresh food.
The most wonderful thing about the hotel though is the staff. They were very welcoming and were especially kind when I became ill. Julia on reception was genuinely concernef and helpful, arranging for me to see a doctor and communicating well with an English speaking taxi driver. All staff were so kind. Massimo, the barman, was very friendly and we loved talking to him. He was very knowledgeable about the area and about wine! Jordanna on breakfast service was also very charming.
Thank you for looking after us so well. We really recommend this hotel!

Nothing to dislike! It was all great!

Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer und andere Bereiche des Hotels sind sehr sauber und einladend. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück haben wir in toller Atmosphäre genossen. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Zentrum von Riva ist ideal.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war das Bad , besonders die Dusche, etwas eng.
