- arrivés vers 15h, notre chambre n'était pas prête (Chambre Lits Jumeaux Économique)
- pas de lift (la chambre était au 3ème, cela a le mérite d'être mieux mentionné quand on réserve , nous ne l'avons pas vu lors de la réservation)
- self checking pour un 4 étoiles ????? et une seule carte, alors que nous avons réservé pour 2 personnes. Si une des 2 entrait avant à l’hôtel, elle devait descendre les 3 étages pour ouvrir à l'autre, parce que l'entrée est fermée et la carte est nécessaire pour entrer !!!
- la chambre sentait l'humide
- éclairage au néon dans la chambre et interrupteur seulement à l'entrée et salle de bain, il fallait se lever du lit pour éteindre. La lampe au milieu de la chambre ne marchait pas.
- le matelas était trop mou et pas large
-un mini frigo était juste déposé comme ceci dans un coin de la chambre, très bruyant, pourquoi ne pas l'avoir mis dans un caisson comme cela se fait normalement ?
- la cabine de douche est ridiculeusement petite, la cabine fermée je ne pouvais pas me baisser pour savonner mes jambes
- le petit déjeuner était pauvre (chaud juste des œufs brouillés), pas de petites saucisses, pas de lard grillés, la confiture et beurre sont des portions que l'on vous sert dans un avion, choix de pain et fromage limité, fruit uniquement des pommes
- lors de la recherche de l’hôtel, il est mentionné avec parc de place privée, (nous pensions naïvement incluse dans la réservation) , alors quelle coute 19 euros par jours, nous avons préféré nous parquer sur une place de la ville qui coûte 2,9 euros par jour...
- le sauna et la salle de sport ne sont accessible qu'une partie de la journée , et surtout très très mal indiqué, nous n'avons vu que le jour où nous partions , où elles se situaient (au sous sol)
C'est la dernière fois que je réserve un établissement 4 étoiles les yeux fermés sans consulter les commentaires.

Very nice place and very clean. It is close to the Old Center and the other attractions.
The apartment was very clean, amazing decorated and overall comfortable. Tasty breakfast with options to choose from even for kids. The host was outstanding and welcoming. I will look again for this spot when I get to Sibiu.
excellent location
Nobody is working there in the afternoon / evening - so the whole check-in process is 100% remote. But ... someone else got our room (!!). So when we arrived (in the evening) the locker with "our" key card was ... empty. Ok, mistakes are happening... but I could not reach anyone on the phone for >30 minutes... So , when you are tired after whole day, the car is standing , you do not have a room and nobody is picking up the "emergency" phone.... it does not seem professional at any way! Finally - we got another room (theoretically bigger one, but not so unique designed as I picked up on booking) - and ... even no "sorry", neither "something extra for you". So, we just paid addiotional 100LEI for parking and left. And now the best... after that booking wrote me that the hotel checked that we were not checked-in.... Why? Because they were also trying to cheat booking on provision I suppose (!!!) ... Dirty, little tricks made by "clever businessmans"... Disgusting!

Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Hsuptplstz entfernt. Man kann fast alles zu Fuss gut erreichen
Das Zi.mer wird nur alle 2 Tage gemacht. Bei einem 4-Sterne Haus erwarte ich täglichen Zimmerservice
La ubicación inmejorable, amabilidad personal, desayuno rico y el baño más grande que la propia habitación! Todo muy bien cuidado
