Pros:

Everything seems functional and well thought of. Availability of facial tissue, hygiene bags, bag hooks. The blonde female receptionist was amazing.

Cons:

Fridge did not work. The male receptionist who checked us in was not accommodating.

The reception area is in a separate building from the annex where our room is. There are several steps towards the reception area so we had to lift our 4 suitcases not knowing that the annex is across the street. There is no ramp which could have made it easier for us. There is no sign that the annex is separate. Then we had to lift our suitcases again to cross the street, and figure out how to enter the annex.

hôtel bien placé et chambre spacieuse agréable mais un peu déçue pour des standards 4 étoiles

que les draps soient directement sur le plastique de l'alèse du matelas et idem pour la taie d'oreiller (sur du plastique également) : la Visite a eu lieu lors d'une période extrèmement chaude => chaleur importante du fait de dormir presque directement sur du plastique et climatisation très bruyante pour un hôtel 4 étoiles (à l'intérieur et aussi les moteurs extérieurs)

The air conditioning didn’t work, and in a heatwave made for an extremely uncomfortable night. Response from staff was their air conditioning engineers aren’t around on a weekend.
