Suurepärases asukohas kaunis ja õdus hotell uhke ajalooga hoones.
Pros:

Tuba oli suurepärane, õdus, kauni vaatega Toomemäele. Voodi väga mugav. Mõnus oli soe vannitoa põrand. Ja muidugi on hotelli asukoht ideaalne. Meil vedal, et kahest parkimiskohast üks oli vaba. Aga hotelli vastas on ka parkla, olime sellega arvestanud.

Cons:

Ei olnud mitte midagi, mille kohta vastata, et ei meeldinud. Ainult üks mõte tekkis, et kui juba vastuvõtust saab kohvi osta, ehk võiks siis ka teed sealt saada.

kell 9 hommikusöögile minnes oli muna otsas ja juurde ei tulnud. Hommikusöök oli üsna tagasihoidlik Tartu kesklinna hotelli kohta

the location was perfect! The single room was good size. Friendly staff.

Cons:

I could hear everything behind the wall of my room on the 5th floor. Although the nabour wasn't noisy.
To have a kettle in the room would have been very nice.

Asukoht oli hea.

Cons:

Hommikusöök oli täielik pettumus. Kohvi oli külm ja lahja, otsas ka. Vaagnatel oli 3 viilu sinki ja 3 viilu juustu, jagasime kaaslasega pooleks. Kõiki asju oli alles ainult riismed, peale meid tuli inimesi juurde ja vaagnatele lisati paari viilu kaupa toitu. Jättis halva mulje.

Pros:

Staff was very nice 🙂 and location is very good.

Cons:

Everything is outdated, unfortunately.
It was full house and there was no extra help. Check in took time, food was constantly running out, no clean tables. Same person was working at reception and at breakfast service, which that she was dealing with unsatisfied breakfast clients and check out.
