The toilet seat was a broken and there's no reason to have a good room with a broken seat. Its b probably still brokes

Bij het ontbijt wordt per gast de keuze van eieren klaar gemaakt. Dit kost wel wat tijd. Het is dan wel goed.

The weather
The dinner at the hotel was good. The breakfast was cooked to order and had a number of options. The staff at the front desk and in the dining areas were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the center of town and the river and beach. Our room was clean. They allowed us to keep our bags at reception between checkout and when we needed to catch the ferry.
The room was a bit musty smelling. The shower drain involved a sharp stone edge that cut my husbands foot. Despite the hotel not seeming to have many guests, we were put in a room directly opposite the trash and recycling containers when they could have put us a bit farther away from these.
This was the first time we had stayed at The Park Hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our nights stay. Very pleasant staff, dinner and breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly helpful staff. Great food for dinner. Good choice for breakfast.
Bedroom a little noisy. Heating? Not enough to disturb sleep but a bit off putting.
If you have an EV like me, you might find the reserved space ICEd. Was a space for me but no longer a Charge Place Scotland which meant a bit more faffing around than felt necessary.

Big room, clean, good water pressure in bathroom, front desk representative Tommy was very friendly and helpful. Big car park and electric charging for cars as well. Close to a Tesco store.
Poor breakfast, the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, room view to parking car and the room in total is very basic. Had to open suitcase on the floor.

Die Zimmer waren mittelmaß.
Close to the Ferry Harbor so ideal to stay at if you are going to the Orkneys. Good food in the restaurant and very friendly staff.
The beds could have been more comfortable and the blinds didn’t block the outside light entirely so it was always somewhat bright in the room. But those were only minor issues, overall the stay was great.
