Pros:

Our room was large with a great view of the Pitti Palace. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent. The staff were so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Fabrizio, who was such a class act and no incredibly helpful in so many ways. The location was so convenient as well. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The lift was a bit small for the number of people coming up to the terrace for cocktail hour. It's apparently a very popular place for evening drinks.But it's an old palace, so it's to be expected!

Pros:

I loved the room with the high ceilings. It’s clean and spacious. The bathroom was exceptional with the bathtub being separate from the shower. The roof top terrace had the most beautiful view.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great in every way!

Pros:

Obviously, the terrace at this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! But the actual rooms are also lovely, large, good air con. We had a view of the Pitti Palace from our room, which was wonderful !
Only used the terrace one evening, it was SO hot 6/7pm and we wanted to be out in the streets! You get a constant arrival of instagram/ influencers types arriving who have booked tables, but honestly, it didn’t spoil anything. The greatest part is as a guest, you get breakfast out there every morning , exclusively, and it’s absolutely magic 💫
Staff are all lovely too.
We’ll definitely stay again, love the area, much calmer to return to and minutes away from the river .

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. But it’s the terrace that makes this hotel worth every penny! Food and drink are amazing and the atmosphere is incredible. Location is tremendous!

Amazing Palazzo experience in a great area of Florence.
Pros:

Beautiful room and rooftop, where we were able to enjoy breakfast. Alessandro was an incredible host, and we felt very welcome. The location is walkable and near many amazing bakeries and restaurants.

Cons:

Everything was great and we wish we had booked sooner so that we could stay longer!
