Nice and good hotel in the city center
Pros:

My sister and I stayed at the hotel at the very end of July 2026.
The hotel is located in the city center, close to all the glitzy shops of St. Moritz.
What surprised us was the lack of air conditioning in the hotel room.
Despite the relatively pleasant and bearable weather, you would expect to get a room with air conditioning in these days of global warming.
The breakfast was basic with a limited selection of ingredients.
The room was small to reasonable in size, but certainly not one that can be noted as special.
Overall, a basic to good level hotel.

A wonderful stay in the heart of St. Moritz.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Art Boutique Hotel Monopol. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the spa was excellent and we especially enjoyed the Sky Bar. Great location and very friendly service. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Wow. Spent a week in Switzerland, and this was by far our favorite hotel. Very friendly staff. Beautiful room, and gorgeous view. Would definitely come back And stay longer.

Pros:

It's difficult to go to a hotel which ticks all the boxes. But at Monopol it wasn't! From the recption to the skybar the experience was excellent.
Location - great
Staff - friendly and extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgable
Restaurant - one of the best in the area
Rooms - very comfortable
Skybar - top views and service

Great hotel in St Moritz.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in St Moritz. Good location for our 1 night stay before getting on the Glacier Express. They had a nice breakfast and train station shuttle.
