Boa estadia na cidade!
Pros:

O café da manhã e as frutas eram uma delícia, e tinha tapioca feita na hora que também era sensacional. O quarto era super espaçoso, com um bom armário para guardar as roupas, mesa para trabalho, e boa internet sem fio. Fiquei em um andar alto, o que me deu o privilégio de uma vista que chegava até a ponte.

Cons:

A parede do banheiro tinha uma infiltração abaixo da bancada da pia, o que dava uma sensação de descuido, mesmo parecendo que o quarto tinha acabado de ser reformado.

Generally good stay, plagued by sewerage small
Pros:

Staff were great. Location was good for our needs on this trip.

Cons:

About once a day the room would be overcome with the smell of sewage. It was potent and they were full, so couldn’t move us. We found ways to manage (leaving the window open), but the smell was strong and horrible.

Boa opção para uma noite em trânsito
Pros:

Reservámos uma noite neste hotel após o cancelamento do voo pela Azul, dada a relativa proximidade ao aeroporto de Manaus. O hotel é confortável, bem decorado, o pequeno-almoço (a partir das seis da manhã) é variado, os funcionários são atenciosos, o AC funciona bem. Não tivemos oportunidade de utilizar os serviços comuns (como o terraço) Para uma noite foi uma boa opção.

Cons:

Para quem pretende fazer turismo em Manaus este hotel é um pouco excêntrico, fica localizado numa zona suburbana, entalado entre rodovias e centros comerciais sem qualquer interesse distante do centro da cidade (o centro de Manaus é relativamente pequeno e tudo o resto é um subúrbio desinteressante e mal cuidado). Pareceu-nos relativamente ruidoso dado o grande volume de carros e motos nas proximidades. Não se entende que não haja um protetor entre os lençóis e o colchão, embora tudo estivesse limpo. Não se entende que o papel higiénico seja tão fino que se rasgue enquanto está a ser retirado do dispensador...

Wi-fi ótimo, localização, shopping ao lado, café da manhã ótimo, quarto amplo, elevadores funcionando, atendeu bem as expectativas.

Cons:

Barulho de avenida, pedi um quarto fora da avenida, mas não fui atendido. A acústica do quarto o hotel tem que melhorar.
O restaurante do hotel, poderia rever os preços, uma vez que atende especificamente o hotel, tanto é que muitas vezes passei por lá e estava vazio.

Tudo no lugar, hotel simples, mas com quarto amplo, confortável, chuveiro bom, localização excelente

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã fraco demais. Para ser nota 10 precisaria melhorar a qualidade dos bolos e café oferecido.
