Decepção com as instalações
Pros:

Apesar de ficar próximo a um shopping, o hotel fica afastado do centro e das principais atrações. Não vale a pena para quem está com crianças e precisa de deslocar com frequência.

Cons:

O hotel está muito mal conservado e precisa de uma reforma urgente. O banheiro apresentava infiltrações, aspecto de sujo, espelhos enferrujados e um cheiro ruim. Os armários do quartos estão velhos, desgastados e quebrados, as cortinas com aspecto de velhas e sujas e o ar-condicionado precisa de manutenção. O quarto é barulhento, mesmo em andar alto é possível ouvir a todo tempo os barulhos dos outros quartos e da rua. O café da manhã estava desorganizado e com poucas opções.

Pros:

Localização excelente e café da manhã bom. Fica do lado do shopping e com acesso por dentro do hotel. Quarto limpo.

Cons:

Quarto muito claro com pouca vedação blackout e um pouco de barulho vindo da rua. Instalações simples.
