Zowel de kamer als de badkamer waren vies. Het was echt smeerig. Overal stof, haartjes en vlekken. We hebben foto's gemaakt en aangegeven dat het echt vies is en ze zeiden dat ze het gingen schoonmaken. Maar ze hadden bijna niets gedaan. We gingen even in de stad lopen en toen we terug waren, waren alleen de bedden opgemaakt en ze hadden de badkamer gestofzuigd, maar de vlekken en de haartjes waren er nog steeds. En ze deden alsof wij te veel verwachten. Nou, van een hotel met 4 sterren mogen we wel tenmiste verwachten dat het schoon is. En boven alles was er geen warm water. DEZE HOTEL VERDIENT DIE 4 STERREN NIET. DE DEUREN VAN DEZE HOTEL MOETEN VOORGOED OPSLOT GAAN🤬
De eerste foto's zijn voor het schoonmaak en de laatste foto's na de "schoonmaak"😒. Echt om van te kotsen🤢.

Ottima posizione,
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda e centrale.
Camera spaziosa, letto comodo.
La nostra con vista città.
Colazione con prevalenza di salato rispetto al dolce.
Tv a schermo piatto molto grande con canali anche italiani

Cons:

Ci sono stati problemi con asciugamani, avevano poca scorta erano rimasti teli "consumati", ma poi il personale ha risolto dandoci accappatoi.
Solo 1 giorni per un guasto , non usciva acqua calda..
Il lavandino del bagno 'e da considerare un lavamani molto piccolo, abbiamo risolto usando la doccetta della vasca.

Pros:

It was very close to the old town and all the attractions. Breakfast also was pretty good. WiFi was also very good it worked great.

Cons:

The mattress has no fitted sheet and no mattress protector so it’s a bit gross to sleep on it after previous guests. The TV wasn’t working and they took out towels but didn’t give us more once they tidied up our room. In the bathroom only 1 light was working instead of 5.

Sehr zentral und ordentlich.
Pros:

Sehr zentral, zwischen Alt- und Neustadt gelegen. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum alten Basar. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Defekte Klimaanlage wurde sofort repariert. Trotz nah an der Hauptstraße, kein störender Lärm. Nach vorne raus, sehr große Terrassen mit schönem Ausblick auf das Milleniumskreuz. Fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet, mit allem was dazu gehört. Täglich etwas wechselnd. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr ansprechend. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Benutzte Kaffeetassen auf dem Zimmer, wurden nicht gesäubert aber das war ja jetzt kein großes Problem.

El desayuno.

Cons:

Hay un problema serio de seguridad. Oxido en el baño, tablas del balcón salidas de lugar. Falta de limpieza profunda general de la habitación.Que un hotel sea económico no significa que cuestiones de seguridad e higiene se tengan que olvidarse.

Pros:

Sängen var bekväm, personalen var jätte trevlig speciellt den yngre killen. Dem städade bra också men det var 2 smutsiga glas, shit happens?

Cons:

Det var gammalt och slitet, färg som lossnade i taket i rummet, ett bröd var det mögel på vid servering av frukost. Vägen utanför förde väldigt mycket oväsen så det var svårt sova. Bilderna stämmer inte överens med vad man får. Wifi var jätte jätte dåligt tyvärr.
