Pros:

Emplacement central, proche de tout.
Le personnel réactif en particulier les femmes de chambre ainsi que l'homme de ménage qui s'est très bien occupé de nous.

Cons:

Les informations de booking ne sont pas à jour
Le PDJ très pauvre, et identique à 100% chaque matin, aucune viennoiseries même pas 1 croissant en 7 jours
La charcuterie comme le fromage et produits frais n'étaient pas au frais ni dans une vitrine réfrigérée c'est quelque peu risqué avec 30 degres et les climatiseurs à l'arrêt...
Les photos de booking ne correspondent plus du tout !
En plus les téléviseurs de nos 2 chambres étaient en panne les 7 nuits sur place.

Aucune compensation même pas 1 café offert....

202 nolu odada kaldık, son derece pisti, banyoda gider tıkalı, duşakabin kırıktı, klozet bozuktu, yerler tozlu ve kirliydi, dahada kötüsü odada toz pirelerinin olduğunu sabah kalkınca anladık her yeremiz kabarmıştı. İki hafta sonraya tekrar iki günlük rezervasyon yapmıstım derhal iptal ettim. Buradan Uzak durun.

Konumu çok güzeldi merkeze yürüme mesafesinde bence otelin en güzel yanı, temizliği iyiydi, ancak otel ve odalar eski bunu göz önünde bulundurmanız gerekiyor. Kahvaltısı orta halli.

Tento hotel rozhodně není na úrovni 4* možná 2*
Pros:

Na tomto hotelu se mě překvapil skvělý přístup recepčního, který byl velmi milý, komunikativní a se zájmem pomoci.

Cons:

Hotel, se 4 hvězdičkami to rozhodně nebyl. Byla to jedno velké zklamání a poté co jsem se s rodinou ubytoval, tak i když jsme měli zaplacené 2 noci a náš plán byl podívat se po Skopje, přespali jsme, dali jsme si snídani, která byla chuťově dobrá a stále doplňovaná, sbalili si věci a z hotelu jsme odjeli. Na pokoji nebyli ručníky, nebylo možné regulovat vodu v umyvadle a ni ve sprše, tekla pouze vařící, takže se nikdo z nás nemohl osprchovat jinak by se opařil, dveře do koupelny v podstatě nedovírali, klimatizace se po chvíli vypínala. Parkování není přímo u hotelu, ale v nějakém podchodě

Great value for money, and all the sights of Skopje are within walking distance.
Pros:

Great location, right next to the Old Bazaar and the Stone Bridge. Large room with a spacious balcony, air conditioning, mini-fridge, and a huge smart TV. Breakfast was good, featuring a classic variety of options like anywhere else, but with the addition of Macedonian national dishes, such as ajvar. The staff was very polite.

Cons:

It could be a bit cleaner, and there are no towel hooks or shelves for toiletries.

Vergane glorie met een gebrek aan hygiëne.
Pros:

Nizar, de baliemedewerker, was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De dames van het restaurant hebben allerlei lekkers voorbereid. Alles was top! De privé parkeergarage optie was heel fijn.

Cons:

De opgeleverde kamer was helaas niet schoongemaakt. Gebruikte kopjes met koffie en thee waren achtergelaten. Volle vuilniszakken in de kamer en op toilet. Gebruikte handzeep in de douche en bij de wasbak niet opgeruimd. Op alle linnengoed waren er haartjes zichtbaar. Geen reserve toiletrol aanwezig. De enige rol was bijna op. De vieze toilet en wasbak hebben we maar zelf schoongemaakt. Dit omdat de schoonmakers pas weer de volgende dag aanwezig zouden zijn. Toppunt was de gebruikte handdoeken die 'netjes' als schoon werden gepresenteerd. Nizar heeft meteen schone handdoeken gehaald voor ons. De sporen van de vorige gasten waren dus overduidelijk aanwezig. Dit is een hotel die er redelijk uitziet, maar toe is aan een oppoetsbeurt!
