Pros:

Breakfast was very good and great choice on the menu. Staff nice and polite.

Cons:

Our family room was a huge let down... It looked partially refurbished and never finished: new carpet but dirty walls, new bathroom but kept old floor. One of the windows was fully cracked. There was a hole on the door that was never repaired. Sink was blocked. Layers of cobwebs so big that were simply impossible to miss if the room was cleaned properly. Silverfish in one of the beds. I did receive an apology from the reception staff and was told that all family rooms are the same. Unfortunately there was no manager available to talk to, neither was I offered a phone call to follow up on my comments. Clean room is a basic requirement and expectation especially when you pay high hotel prices. Considering how many good reviews this hotel gets, which was the reason for my booking, it's an awful shame we cannot share similar.

Ottimo! È in un posto isolato con ampio parcheggio ma a due passi dal paese. Nella foto sembra una casetta invece è molto grande e spazioso. Personale gentile. Colazione super! Ve lo consiglio assolutamente

Beautiful old property in Lovely area.
Breakfast was lovely, a great selection, but be prepared to wait on anything cooked.

Cons:

While our room had a new bathroom, the room itself could do with a little TLC. Marks over the walls and celing where work had obviously been done, but a good coat of paint would sort. Glass panel in the window cracked. The beds wernt the most comfortable.

Pros:

Really enjoyed stay. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly. Particular mention for Kristian in The Terrace Restaurant who was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Struttura vicinissima a Powerscout Estate
Pros:

Una struttura piacevole, con gli esterni e gli spazi comuni ben curati e arredati con gusto. La camera era spaziosa.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Buona anche la colazione, così come il ristorante. La posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza, trovandosi vicinissima alla Powerscourt Estate.

Cons:

Purtroppo, la vista dalla camera era piuttosto deludente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato.

Quiet, with beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

It was a beautiful place, quiet, nice surroundings.
We were especially impressed by members of the staff. Namely, Edele, the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to help. Then, the reception staff who were polite, friendly, and helpful. Bohdan was such a lovely young man, helpful and concerned for our comfort. Definitely would recommend.

Cons:

Minor problem with the TV, which Bohdan went to great lengths to address. Everything else was perfect.
