Um hotel lindíssimo...
Pros:

Um hotel lindo, um quarto espetacular e o lugar é perfeito. O meu filho fazia anos e eles foram muito cuidadosos.

Cons:

A interação com o hotel, antes da chegada, é péssima, mas depois no hotel são muito simpáticos.

Very comfortable large room, great views and breakfast.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast choices. Lovely view over the golf course. Had a 60th celebration meal in the Luna Dome and it was magical as it got dark and the fairy lights came on.

Cons:

Menu choices for Dinner. We had a restricted menu as in the dome but they happily gave me something from another menu.

Pros:

I Loved this hotel and restaurant! It was a Gorgeous old mansion converted into a hotel and golf club. Gorgeous and large room with a heated floor bathroom also big!🤩The food for dinner and breakfast was excellent! Great staff and service too! They have some lovely Angus coos too!😍nice parking.

Excellent comfortable bedroom, unfortunately some of the restaurant and bar staff were less than interested and did not
Pros:

Facilities, the grounds and the bedroom was excellent

Cons:

We had a barbecue which was really disappointing with not very much choice for what was paid. Some of the chicken was red inside so not cooked long enough. Not a standard that I would have thought from an expensive little barbecue.

Hotel, immaculate. Staff very friendly, disappointing end to our stay.

As a business location, it suited our needs, very clean and staff especially in the restaurant and bar were absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

On leaving the venue at checkout, as we were there for business we asked for a business receipt and invoice, only to be told they were unable to facilitate the request due to our booking the hotel on Booking.com. This over hundreds of hotels stays with Booking.com is the first time we have had an issue, I’m not sure if it is an internal process or a lack of passing through information. Breakfast, after booking breakfast for 7am, as we were due to play golf at 8.20am. After arriving in the restaurant, ordering straightaway, it took 43 min for a breakfast for myself and only eggs for my wife. Coming from a hospitality background it seemed that with only 12 people dining at the time of ordering that this was too much. Full breakfast foods are always pre-cooked and ready to serve, if the chef is making to order, I advise golfers’ to eat 2 hours before treeing off.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Meldrum House is a fascinating building.3

Cons:

The bedside light was not bright enough to read in bed. I often wake at 3.00 a.m. and like to be able to read for an hour. The light was fixed and didn't swivel.
Two of the dishes I chose at one meal were not available that evening.

Staff - reception could definitely be something that could be better.
Cons:

The staff were quite rude at times. There was a big group that joined the hotel the very same day and I completely understand the staff being overwhelmed. But there were times when I found the girl at the reception quite rude and spoke to us in a manner that I didn’t quite appreciate. My parents came all the way from India and I had taken them for a vacation and was disappointed that despite having paid so much for a facility which was lovely, we had to see the staff ride to us.
