Outstanding accommodation fabulous breakfast and dinner, beautiful well appointed room in beautiful grounds
Nothing
The staff were quite rude at times. There was a big group that joined the hotel the very same day and I completely understand the staff being overwhelmed. But there were times when I found the girl at the reception quite rude and spoke to us in a manner that I didn’t quite appreciate. My parents came all the way from India and I had taken them for a vacation and was disappointed that despite having paid so much for a facility which was lovely, we had to see the staff ride to us.
Beautiful rooms and comfortable bed
Was short staffed which let the dining down
Beautiful historic building, well maintained grounds, lovely rooms, friendly staff
Very young and inexperienced staff, very average food, wine selections are very cheap and poor quality
Location
Room was really hot
Excellent staff

Nulla
Hotel is set in the most stunning and peaceful surroundings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out.
Nothing.
Lovely room and very friendly staff.
The menu choice was a bit poor for a place of that quality. More like bar food. Breakfast was tasty however the staff did not keep on top of replenishing things and had to be asked to do so. Just seemed that there was no one keeping an eye on things. Not a lot of initiative to clear away used plates after beginning more toast.
Very comfortable and a great base for exploring the surrounding areas.
