Suitable for a one night stay before flying on holiday.
Pros:

We had a ground floor room which was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was too basic. Would have liked some muesli, maybe a bit of fruit and definitely some jam with my croissant.

Pros:

Cheap and cheerful accommodation very near to Gatwick airport, which can easily be reached by ordinary public bus. As you would expect from the price it is not the Waldorf Astoria so furnishings a little tired and carpets worn. However, my room was clean and comfortable with a good working shower. Best of all the hotel was great when I left a nice cashmere sweater behind. They responded promptly to my query and arranged to post it back to my home - Thank you. Very simple breakfast of long-life items was available on site.

It was my last night of a month of travel and I just wanted a good nights rest
Pros:

Location was good, staff was lovely

Cons:

Out front was a mess, fountain full of green slime,grass knee high. Inside-my room door had a big gap under it so was noisy when anyone came by. My bed was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on cardboard and the pillows were old and solid

Pros:

The hotel looks lovely from outside and it is very clean well my room was when I went inside there is a stale smell the staff were friendly but the breakfast wasent good it was complementary continental breakfast or a fee for a cooked one I dident ask the price the free breakfast wasn't good just not nice quasants some donuts and other sponge cake about 15 half used jams on a shelf some empty it just put me off anything to eat I had a cup of tea in my room and left its a shame really just needs someone who knows how to cook and know what a continental breakfast is .

Dident like all the half and empty jars of jams sat on a shelf to be used not hygenic at all

Cons:

Requested late checkout which i had to reconfirm in check-in at 3am and still got knocked awake prior to checkout as message had not been passed on

Adequate
Pros:

No shuttle service, when called for a pick up person on phone very rude. Offered a taxi at £18+, but as the bus service runs 24hrs a day only costing £3 each way it saved lots of money on advertised price for shuttle.

Cons:

Poor quality room, wallpaper peeling, had to ask for towels, bed frame ripped and damaged.needs an upgrade.
