Extremely highly recommend
Pros:

Particularly the staff. ALL OF THEM! Couldn't have offered to do more for me. So friendly and nice it was like I was their first ever and only customer. Fantastic experience thanks to you all.

Comfy, convenient, friendly and reasonable small hotel for airport
Pros:

Helpful courtesy minibus to and from the airport, but at additional cost and restricted hours.
Basic breakfast available from early until 9am is good.
On site Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant on site very good and open until 10pm! Very helpful for late flights.

Cons:

Room facilities could be modernised. The shower head is fixed in place rather than flexible. The USB charge points only worked when bedside lamps were switched on, so were off during sleeping hours!

This hotel is close to the airport and for me was great for a short stay.
Pros:

I booked this last minute as my flight from Bordeaux left an hour late so I missed my ongoing flight. The price of room had been reduced to £62 which was great. The manager and staff of hotel, which is also an Indian restaurant, were very friendly and I was very grateful that I was given a room on ground floor as I have back pain and going upstairs with no lift would have troubled me. The room was basic but had everything I needed including a fan which was a relief! The breakfast was basic, rolls , pastries etc. The manager arranged a lift to the airport very early the following morning for £10.00 which was great as I had paid £21.00 to Gatwick taxis the previous evening for a 5 minutes ride. All in all I definitely must say I got value for money I paid.

Cons:

As I was there for literally 12 hours I found everything satisfactory.

Cheap and convenient stay near Gatwick Airport
Pros:

Staff was very kind and let us having breakfast earlier to be able to catch our early morning flight. The airport is just a few minutes away by bus which is convenient and cheap.
