OK given the price
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport was prompt and driven well.

Cons:

It was noisy at night - people walking around upstairs and next door. I expect the insulation is poor.
Breakfast was nothing much - limited cereals, Orange drink was too sweet and coffee pot was empty (tough it was replenished)

Great convenient location near Gatwick. We will use again.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and shuttle bus to the airport was very good.

Cons:

the outside lights are on all night and our room did not have black out blinds. One improvement would be to have blackout blinds in all rooms.

Perfect for an airport stay
Pros:

Perfect really. Comfortable bed. Onsite restaurant was really nice and we had an evening meal. The room was a good size and perfectly situated 5 mins away from the airport via the number 100 bus. Staff were friendly and breakfast was self service. For the price you couldn't ask for more. Also the shower was brilliant.
