The facility itself is run down. But the staff made up for that along with the lovely Indian cuisine
Pros:

It was convenient and the staff were lovely and accomodating.

Cons:

The carpeting was filthy. Really not appropriate unless cleaned regularly. The room had NO hangers or closet, no AC and the fan was loud.

Pros:

The location itself is fine. With local busses (n. 20 and 100) you get there in 10 minutes from Gatwick south terminal. I had mistakenly booked a family room, so space was never an issue. The real problem was that the room, on the ground floor, faced the parking lot, and I could hear guests coming and going with their luggage right outside my window all night. As a result, I kept waking up

Conveniently close to Gatwick with great shuttle service. Don’t expect a decent brekkie.
Pros:

Great communication. Super shuttle service from Gatwick. Cas friendly and welcoming. Efficient check-in. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Traffic noise started early in morning.
Breakfast awful - a help yourself to a sugar overload of iced doughnuts, sugary cereals, pre-packaged brownies and cake. An array of jams only for croissants. Bread for toast stale.

My stay was alright only those things ga I mentioned above.
Pros:

The breakfast was just simple everyday breakfast cereals and cup of tea.

Cons:

The steps when carrying a suitcase it was heavy and also the shower was very high and was a fixed one.

Great staff, friendly and helpful
Pros:

Great location for Gatwick, staff kind and helpful. Parking easy and shuttle very convenient. Bonus has a great restaurant. Definitely use again.

Affordable overnight accomodation in close proximity to Gatwick airport - excellent choice.
Pros:

Accomodation was clean and comfortable. The buffet style continental breakfast choice and presentation was good, as was the efficient shuttle service to and from the Airport to the hotel (at a fraction of the price of a taxi). Staff were friendly and helpful. A good experience, and very good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was fine.

Pros:

Cheap alternative to local Gatwick airport hotels.
Rainfall shower was excellent and room had everything you needed.

It was very convenient for Gatwick the staff were absolutely brilliant.

The restaurant in the hotel was beyond words... I had one of the Bangladeshi dishes and it was unquestionably the best Indian food I have ever eaten anywhere ever.

One very small thing if you could supply more capsules of milk and more bags of tea in the room it would be hugely appreciated by caffeine addicts😁
