Muito bom hotel, recomendo a quem viaje para Manaus
Pros:

Bom atendimento.
Deixei as malas para buscar a noite para ir para o aeroporto e me dei conta que havia esquecido algo. Me foi dito que o serviço de achados e perdidos não funciona depôs do expediente o que me deixou surpresa - como pode a recepção não ter acesso a chave ??? Finalmente a pessoa conseguiu encontrar o item esquecido, mas fica sugestão de que o acesso precisa ser 24/7 que que o viajante não se limita a horários de expediente

A localização era bem boa, próxima do Largo São Sebastião, e a estrutura do hotel também era bem bacana. O quarto era espaçoso e o chuveiro bom.

Pros:

Apto muito bom, aconchegante, ar condicionado, frigobar, chuveiro.. tudo bacana.
Prédio com estrutura muito boa com restaurante, piscina e agradável. Funcionários muito educados.

Cons:

Nada a acrescentar, tudo muito bom! Só sugiro uma máquina de auto-atendimento principalmente com água, refrigerante, etc.

Gute Lage im Centro, nur 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Teatro Amazonas

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, recht großes Zimmer, sehr sauber.
Wie konnten unser Gepäck dort lassen als wir ein paar Tage im Dschungel waren und durften die Zeit bis zum Abflug dort bleiben und den Pool nutzen

Cons:

Die Auskunft über den Wäschesercive waren unterschiedlich, so dass wir unsere Wäsche nicht waschen lassen konnten, was nach dem Dschungelaufenthalt nötig gewesen wäre.

A localização é excelente e o hotel é muito limpo.

Cons:

Faltam alguns confortos simples, como: abajur com luz tênue, (a luz do led era extremamente forte). O funcionário da recepção não sabia informar se podia beber água da torneira do banheiro.

Infelizmente nós deram 2 cartões para abrir a porta porém nenhum dos 2 funcionou! Avisamos na recepção e mesmo assim pediram para tentar novamente! Óbvio que não conseguimos é uma chave foi trocada! A tv estava ruim do quarto e o secador de cabelo funcionava só no início e depois ficava ruim! Pessima experiência! Não voltaria!

La habitación es amplia y la cama es cómoda.

Cons:

Hace demasiado calor en Manaus. Así que, por decir algo, mejoraría el sistema de aire acondicionado dentro de los ascensores y los pasillos del hotel, que parecen una sauna. Pero bueno, en las habitaciones funcionan muy bien.
