Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel et le personnel de l'accueil m'a indiqué que booking a fait une erreur sur le prix et qu'il faut payer un surplus. J'étais très déçue car si booking a fait une erreur il faut se rapprocher de booking pour demander le surplus pas au client. Il a demandé d'annuler la réservation et partir si je refuse de payer le surplus. A ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé du montant payé.
