Für kurze Zwischenaufenthalte perfekt
Pros:

War eine Nacht für ein Fortbildungswochenende in Linz. Gut gelegen, großes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Kostenloser Parkplatz vorm Haus, viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Kleines Frühstück direkt an der Rezeption. Wirkte sehr kühl und nicht so gemütlich.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Apartments haben uns gut gefallen. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein kön
Pros:

Ruhige grüne Lage am Rand von Linz. Mit der Straßenbahn braucht man 20min in die Innenstadt. Bequeme Betten. Auch der kleine Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit allen notwendigen Dingen im Apartment und zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Also auch gut für Selbstversorger geeignet.Frühstück wird gegen Aufpreis angeboten. Wir haben das aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. Auch einige kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Apartments hätte besser sein können. Staub und Haare auf dem Nachttisch. Schmutzflecken auf der Oberplatte der Küche.
