Important information:

An a la carte breakfast with choice of coffee, tea, milk and juice is available every morning from 8.00 am to 11.00 am.

Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.

In a single reservation when 5 rooms or more are booked, it is considered as a group reservation. In this case a pre-payment may be asked as a guarantee of the reservation, acceptable only by bank transfer. Credit card is not accepted for pre-payment. The hotel will contact the booker/guest with more details.

Please note that Hotel CC may pre-authorize your credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Some renovations are being performed outside the building, and therefore some scaffolding might be visible from your room window.

Please note that the hotel does not have a breakfast room. Breakfast is served in another restaurant right next to the property.

Guests will find a variety of restaurants, shops and bars in the street of Hotel CC. An set menu with choice of coffee, tea, milk and juice is available every morning from 8.00 am to 12.00 am in the restaurant (Original Pankace) next the hotel. The tour desk will provide guests with tips to explore the city.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excelente estadía !!!
Pros:

Llegamos y la recepcionista fue muy amable en su explicación y muy dispuesta a ayudar en todo, la habitación limpia, el hotel cuenta con ascensor, no hay ruidos y está cerca de todo, absolutamente recomendable

Overall, I would love to stay here again when visiting Amsterdam.
Pros:

The staff and the view from the room was amazing. One of the front desk associates helped me with my luggage since there were some a couple of steps on the walk to my room and I was a solo traveler. The room itself was small, but it was comfortable, and the TV has the Netflix app on it as well already. The location is fantastic, and as I had a room facing the river, I did not have any noise issues from outside. Yes, you can hear doors closing from your neighbors, but it isn't a constant thing, so it wasn't an issue for me.

Cons:

It is an obscure way to get to the room from the lobby, but it wasn't an issue - just makes it hard with luggage if you have more than a bookbag. The elevator goes up to the third floor, and there are 2 other floors above it, so they aren't accessible by elevator/lift. However, my room was on the third floor, and there were still a set up of 3 steps and a couple of 1 steps after getting off the elevator. Again, not really an issue, but just something to be mindful of. The front desk associate ended up being kind and offered to help me with my large luggage going up.

Great location and comfortable
Pros:

Great central location close to centraal station. Easy to get everywhere! Clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful too!

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small but that's expected in the city centre, but it has everything you'll need in terms of essentials.

Pros:

Au centre et facilement accessible
La chambre 604 est au calme en face du canal.

Cons:

La chambre 604 mérite un petit rafraîchissement, les finitions ne sont pas propres, mettre une lunette de toilettes avec un frein.
Pas de dentifrice ni de savon pour se laver les mains.

Hotel CC is a good hotel close to al amenities. including Centraal Amsterdam.
Pros:

Room was rather small/ compact, but it didn't spoil the weekend.
We would stay at Hotel CC again but would consider upgrading the room.
Location of the hotel is very good, all attractions are within walking distance with the exception of the Van Gogh museum.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything that we disliked.
