Pros:

the staff welcome was good.

Cons:

there was an issue to audit on going, the breakfast was not upto mark. Also i could not take my guest to any of the restaurants as all hotel restaurants were not serving food. further for my travel, when i asked to parcel something , i was denied.

The stay was so amazing and memorable the staff are so helpful and kind. Mr. Udit and Mr. Mohit and ms. Kashish helped us alot and they make are stay comfortable and very easy. Food was really amazing and delicious. I would recommend to stay here.

Excellent experience and had a great stay at sayaji.. everytime I come to indore , I prefer this hotel ..as the restaurants are varied and play area to cater the children with swimming pool as well... Looking forward for another visit to sayaji group in another city
