Value for money
Pros:

Well located near to the Mall with a beautiful ambience. Cleanliness was very good .
Staffs were polite and Co-operative.
Food was good.

Cons:

Timing of breakfast should be extended upto 10.30 am instead of 9.30 am.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Location is pretty amazing close to mall road
I booked deluxe premium and the rooms are pretty luxurious and spacious.
Will definitely recommend if visiting darjeeling.

Cons:

Good overall nothing much.

Great hotel and an escape from a busy Darjeeling.
Pros:

My room was pre warmed with a heater - I arrived in March. Clean and well decorated/tidy. Good standards of service.

Cons:

I was travelling around India light. But always book good hotels. It said smart casual for dinner. I guess I wasn’t smart casual enough the waiter gave me a proper look up and down.

Good location but not worth the price as there is better place around
Pros:

The property is well within reach for town

Cons:

Need to ask a lot of stuff such as shampoo, extra toiletries

Good comfortable rooms with good breakfast
Pros:

Neat, clean, good comfortable rooms with heater...responsive staff.
And have to mention breakfast items. Tasty and value for money.

Cons:

A little bit on the expensive side when you include the GSTs.
The final bill was quite a bomb.

Good Pleasant stay
Pros:

Staffs were very helpful,hotel was very near to Mall & it was very clean

Cons:

The hotel does not have any ramp which might be difficult for old people & people having difficulty in using staircase

Pros:

Staff were friendly, all my queries and requests were met quickly.

Cons:

Very minor issue but needed to ask for towels and loo paper. This was sorted immediately but expected to be in the room already.

Great staff, room below expectations based on pictures/info provided
Pros:

The staff were incredible, some of the friendliest and accommodating people at any hotel I've ever stayed at.

Cons:

The room didn't really live up to the pictures - it seems like most of the rooms were being renovated and the only remaining rooms were older and in poor condition. Ours had mould in the bathroom and another guest told us she'd had two different rooms that both had mould. The hotel should probably just have closed to renovate all the rooms instead of leaving a few open during renovation.

Food ...most of the time get cold food and tea during my 4 days stays.
