C'eravamo già stati e ci era piaciuto molto quindi posso confermare che è un ottimo struttura. Pulito, vicino al centro, accoglienza speciale e la piscina una coccola.

Cons:

Consiglierei allo chef un po' meglio d'aglio.

Mi è piaciuto la disponibilità di Francesco alla reception, non si può chiedere di meglio ,la simpatia di Giuliano il cameriere di sala ,il collaboratore di colore ,di cui,non ricordo il nome ,eccezionale ,per non parlare del direttore e stato di un carino ,specialmente per avermi aiutato a festeggiare il compleanno della mia compagna

Camere e bagni datati, foto non corrispondenti alla realtà di tutte le stanze. La superior prenotata era una stanza standard. Rispetto la descrizione, vasca invece che doccia, no bollitore e no set accappatoio e ciabattine per piscina

Gutes Hotel ,etwas außerhalb der Stadt mit gutem Restaurant.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Die Lage war außerhalb von Montepulciano. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Mann an der Rezeption schien etwas überfordert. Bis zur Stadt benötigt man zu Fuß etwa 30-40 min. und es geht sehr steil bergauf.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good and they have a car park which was handy for us.

Cons:

The noise in the room was bad. You could hear everything like the showers from other rooms etc. The rooms need to be re painted the walls in our room were bad with marks on the walls and appeared very dirty. You had to pay €5 euro each to use the pool which we only found out when checking out.

Personel jest fantastyczny, super mili ludzie. Hotelik rodzinny z przepięknym widokiem na Montepulciano. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Miła restauracja na miejscu. Super opcja była możliwość skorzystania z basenu z ciepłą wodą, na którym byliśmy sami w cenie 5 euro. Przestronne pokoje. Niewielka odległość do centrum starego miasta. Miałam zrobiona rezerwacje miesiąc wcześniej, niestety nie mogłam z niej skorzystać.Obiekt zgodził się na bezpłatne anulowanie, pomimo że była bezzwrotna.Bardzo dziękuję!!!!! Bardzo chętnie wrócimy w to miejsce
