Świetna baza wypadowa
Pros:

Miły, kameralny hotel, w którym spędziliśmy 3 dni. Kryty basen jest najlepszą częścią obiektu: woda jest ciepła, a godziny otwarcia pozwalają na korzystanie z niego w dowolnej chwili. Sam hotel to świetna baza wypadowa do Toskanii, z dużym parkingiem i blisko sklepu. Do samego Montepulciano spacer trwa 20 minut, ale pod stromą górę. Obsługa bardzo przyjemna

Hotel nie jest nowy, więc ma swoje wady. Śniadanie niestety typowo włoskie, po dwóch dniach nawet nie chce się na nie schodzić (głównie na słodko, nic na ciepło etc. ). Czystość w obiekcie ok. Najmniej miłe były mikrotransakcje, czyli: oplata za basen per osoba, opłata za czepek, oplata z łóżeczko itd. Później doczytałem na booking, że takie opłaty gdzies tam były wypisane, jednak nie było to najprzyjemniejsze podczas wymeldowania. Wolałbym podniesioną cenę za hotel, ale żeby takie bzdety były już wliczone w cenę...

De Bediening in het restaurant was goed en vriendelijk , prijs / kwaliteit was prima.
Ook de receptie was behulpzaam.mooie uitval basis voor bezoek , bv aan Pienza👍
Na een verblijf van slechts twee dagen ,werden we vriendelijk uitgezwaaid.
Echt een aanrader als je de omgeving wilt verkennen.

Pros:

La vista dalla camera offriva una vista panoramica con davanti Montepulciano, stanza buona, colazione buona. Piscina libera da usare a piacere, sempre calda e tranquilla. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il bagno era soddisfacente ma notavo del calcare in generale sui sanitari. Il primo giorno si erano dimenticati di riordinare la stanza ma sono intervenuti tempestivamente al nostro rientro, piscina con grandi finestre sul paese; peccato che non erano pulite. Tuttavia, nell'uscire sono scivolato sul bordo troppo scivoloso ferendomi e facendomi male. Buona ma con un pó di manutenzione in piú sarebbe ottima.

Alla reception ho trovato persone gentilissime e disponibili ad ogni esigenza, il ristorante ha uno chef molto bravo e le pietanze fatte in un modo eccellente, eccellente il servizio ai tavoli .
