Hotel con grande potenziale ma veramente poco curato
Pros:

L'hotel in se è in una posizione eccezionale. I colori del mare la mattina sono spettacolari. Le stanze sono caratteristiche anche se potrebbero essere più curate. Una struttura con tantissimo potenziale.

Cons:

Servizi quasi inesistenti. Nessun servizio di navetta da e per il porto o per il centro del paese. Tutto è a pagamento, almeno i kajak potrebbero offrirli ai clienti senza o almeno chiedere cifre non esorbitanti per noleggierli. Pulizia molto scarsa (abbiamo trovato un pannolino usato sotto il letto della stanza). Gli escrementi degli animali presenti nella struttura lasciati per giorni. Piscine sempre sporchissime.
Scarsa cura del cliente. Da una struttura con quel potenziale e con quei prezzi ci si aspetta di più.

Vistas y estancia top delante del mar
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es la mejor de la isla. Buscábamos un sitio donde poder relajarnos y estar tranquilos. Hay que ser consciente que es también el más alejado del centro, pero para tranquilidad es el mejor. El restaurante es muy bueno también.

Cons:

Creo que servicios como el alquiler de bicicletas podrían ser gratuitos viendo el coste del hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable para mi gusto. Al final de la isla y con mucha tranquilidad. La zona de baño estaba genial y tenías pinta mosquito para ir andando en 15 minutos. El desayuno aceptable. Las habitaciones bastante bien y el personal muy amable. Lo recomendaría y volvería.

Hotel muy bonito en una ubicación idílica aunque alejado del centro
Pros:

La ubicación. Está en la zona más bonita de Holbox, justo enfrente de los bancos de arena, por los que se puede pasear por el agua hasta Punta Mosquito disfrutando de las vistas y las aves. El desayuno es muy bueno, las piscinas están muy bien y las camas y hamacas del beach club se pueden utilizar sin consumir. Volveré sin duda si vuelvo a Holbox.

Cons:

El que esté tan alejado del centro tiene su parte mala, ya que está a media hora andando por la playa con linternas si vas a cenar al centro, o pagando 150 pesos en taxi. Aún así, volveré a este hotel si vuelvo a Holbox.

Superbe !
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel en fin de plage 🏖️. Au plus près de la nature: aigrette blanche devant notre chambre, iguanes et ratons laveurs près du bar , tous inoffensifs et pas loin de punta mosquito et ses flamands roses. La ville est à 20-25 minutes à pied. Le personnel est charmant et le cadre est magnifique … 🤩

Cons:

De l autre côté de l île de la bioluminescence et au milieu il y a la ville mais des taxis jeep circulent aisément entre les lieux…

Parenthèse détente dans le dernier hôtel au bout de l’île, à côté de Punta Mosquito
Pros:

Nous avons prolongé notre séjour de 4 nuits donc nous pourrons en dire plus lors de notre départ

Auténtico paraíso
Pros:

La ubicación, es un hotel muy auténtico con un personal extraordinario

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento en los bungalows, el agua se sale de la ducha y con la lluvia tuvimos una gotera. Echamos de menos más espacio para almacenar.

Prachtige ligging met geweldig mooi uitzicht
Pros:

Het zicht en de ligging is prachtig! Net aan het zandstrand.

Cons:

De kamers hebben amper opbergruimte, de bedden zijn zeer smal en de badkamer is onhandig klein.

La ubicación.

Cons:

El alojamiento es muy bonito, la ubicación genial. PERO… nos tocó una habitación muy bonita y amplia pero tenía una colmena, nos cambiaron a otra similar pero no tenía luz y finalmente nos dieron una en una esquina, mucho más inferior que la primera y alejada. En casos así se supone que deben facilitarte o compensarte por las molestias pero no fue el caso. Además realizaron obras en la noche cerca de la otra habitación que teníamos reservada y fue muy molesto. No obstante a un matrimonio le regalaron una noche más por las molestias y a nosotras 4 aún con más impedimento nos tocó pagar de más.
