OK … could probably find better
Pros:

Just a normal hotel room
Comfy beds
Great shower

Cons:

Unfriendly front desk … think he was having a bad day! 😔
Housekeeping trying to get in at 9am …. Checkout is 11 am last time I heard!
Trains going past very close & tooting their horn for the crossing …. Loud!

Pros:

Good value. Spa in room was nice so I didn't have to leave.

Cons:

Microwave didn't work. Toilet was running the whole stay and the toilet lid was very loose so I left it up the whole time.

You get what you pay for I suppose
Pros:

I loved that there was a jacuzzi in our room. I liked that breakfast was served every morning and I appreciated that they had a gym.

Cons:

The mattress was very uncomfortable. I developed hip pain while staying here. The mattress protector wasn’t sufficient. They don’t have a smart tv. Their pool/hot tub was closed. The room key stopped working daily and we would have to go get a new one. I heard the elevator was also not working but luckily we didn’t need it.

Would have rather went to a hotel with a working elevator

Cons:

I would’ve liked to know that the elevator was not in service before booking my hotel. We were placed on the third floor.

Pros:

The Purple Color in the hotel

Cons:

Horrible stay…very dirty, I have pictures, no water in the pool & before booking I called and asked, fire alarm went off all night! I want a refund or credit to another location. Very disappointed!!!
