It was a good location close to everything
We are very disappointed as we have not had our bond released after sending 5 emails without response and still haven't got it back
Location was perfect, close to everything. We asked if we could have a room with a city view and the staff delivered, it was awesome overlooking the new stadium and we got to see a beautiful sunrise the following day. The shower pressure and amenities were excellent. Great cocktails and service at the bar downstairs.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, and there was a lip at the door to the bathroom that we kept stubbing our toes on but otherwise everything was great.
It was so close to city center and Tram stop.

Good location, next to tram station and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. helpful staff, comfortable room and bed .Good bathroom and shower. Good television and available channels.
Laundry was expensive, however just round the corned was a launderette.
The location was awesome and front desk was helpful. The room was clean.
The decor is quite old/ cold. But that's the case with most hotels in Chch.
