Awful experience
Pros:

Don’t waste your money here. It looks beautiful and gets 5 stars but we were there for 2 nights with 2 other couples and our rooms were never cleaned even once. No tissues, no cups and barely enough toilet paper.

Will return and hope for better service next time
Pros:

Great location. Spacious, well-appointed room. Plenty of shelves and drawers. Concierge texting.

Cons:

Very disappointed that restaurant refused us entry very early Sunday morning because “many unexpected guests arrived at opening and they were full”. Meanwhile we saw empty tables.
The desk staff were not helpful.

This particular hotel is a well oiled machine
Pros:

This was the second time we have stayed in this particular hotel. Just like our prior stay, it was super clean which made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was a special birthday celebration and this hotel definitely made it special. When booking the hotel I requested a slice of cake to be put in our room upon arrival and Bloody Mary's to be served upon arrival for breakfast. I did not have to contact the hotel once to remind. They pay attention to the details. It was a seamless stay. Our spa experience was 100% amazingly well done with every detail of the experience. I without a doubt highly recommend this particular hotel. Kudos to all who make each detail move like a well oiled machine.

Great, comfortable stay in a nice hotel with very friendly and professional staff
Pros:

Very central and nice hotel in downtown Pittsburgh, convenient for both business and vacation stays. I was there during a severe snowstorm and everything worked well with no problems. A special recognition and shout out to the staff who were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to keep the hotel and its services running smoothly where most of the other businesses in the area were closed!

Very nice
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with friendly service, although somewhat overpriced.
The hotel is very centrally located in downtown and within walking range from numerous shops and restaurants. The view from the upper rooms is spectacular.

Cons:

Parking was practical, but quite expensive
